I was specific and reiterated, a couple of times, that I had a sensitive scalp. (While processing the hair was so unbelievably painful, I cried.) The stylist obviously didn't know what she was doing, hence very substantial hair loss. I had a beautiful mane of hair, now I am almost bald. The next morning I went into the salon to ask what I could do to stop the burning, blistering, and the rapid hair loss and was treated with hostility and aggressiveness. Never in my life have I been treated so deplorably - I still have no understanding as to why - I think they might have been overly defensive. Shocked and disappointed is an understatement and, obviously, I will not be going back. I did speak to a lovely stylist - at another salon - who suggested I try rinsing my hair with Apple Cider Vinegar. What? Vinegar? It WORKED! The blistering, burning, and hair loss subsided. If this ever happens to you try using that.

Once I picked out a color she filled the foot tub and allowed me time to soak and use the massage chair. We had great conversation and the atmosphere was great! I went back in because never has it went bad that quick. When I went back, his sister took over and with petty attitude agreed to fix my nails. I told her I also was not crazy with the color of red on the tips and told her the number of the color I had picked out and since it had chipped so quickly, I told her I would like to have the whole nails polished with one color. She stared at me like ice so I said, " oh you will fix but only with the tips again and in the same color? ". She then nodded smugly. I also told her he did not paint the tips with the correct color of red that I had chosen 082 and I remembered the number I had picked and told her. She came back with a completely different color red , not anything like the one I had originally picked. I told her I wanted a dark red, but not a bright red, and immediately that's what she presented to me, bright red. She had so much cold attitude, I just said " ok", at this point I just wanted it fixed and to leave and no longer wanted to use this as my salon. So she did it with attitude, and nudging, and even threw in an insult about taking my nails out of the dryer to quick. I spent $ 100 dollars there. Well again, 2 days later and it's chipped again before Christmas. I don't like service with ugly attitude so I will not return or recommend this place. I work too hard for my money, to have poor work and ugly nasty attitude.

I needed an acrylic fill with gel polish. My nail technician, Jimmy, who did a great job. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. The salon is neat and clean, with lots of stations.
