They worked us in for two pedicures on about an hour notice. The place is clean, and beautifully decorated. They have fantastically comfortable massage chairs. The staff was friendly, especially the gentleman. And I mean gentleman, he went above and beyond and was so kind to assist an elderly lady with securing her items and getting her jacket on when she could not do it alone. He also put on a little show for us while doing our toes, which turned out beautifully. read more

Just to update - it's a few years later and this is still my go-to mani/pedi destination across 3 states (they have other services too). Kevin and his core technicians (artists?) are still working hard and we all made it through Covid together. All my friends and family from out of town expect to get some 34446 pampering when they visit me. Appointments are recommended although they do their best to accommodate the unexpected. I made mine and my husband's appointments back to back so that we would be finished approximately the same time. My appointment was for 3 pm but they owner (who my appointment was with) never showed up! Thankfully a very nice young lady was available a half an hour after my appointment and she did an excellent job. I guess lesson learned on who to make your appointment with. I normally have my nails done every two weeks at my regular nail salon but tried this place while in town. I went on a Monday and it was quiet. It was the worst manicure I have ever gotten. Both the experience and the results were disappointing. Perhaps the nail technician is very new. She didn't seem to know what she was doing at all. When removing my old gel nails she didn't buff the nails. The fresh polish was applied unevenly, messy and was bumpy due to my nails not being buffed and had residual gel. My cuticles are a mess and the polish was chipping within a day. I am looking forward to returning to my usual nail salon! read more

My nails looked good when they were first done by Kevin, who seemed very friendly and talkative although my service was constantly interrupted by him taking phone calls, making appointments and visiting and talking personal business with his daughter. My first nail popped off eight days after my appointment and all the other nails started lifting to the point where I couldn't wash my hair without it getting stuck under the nails. I stopped in to explain the problem and he immediately got defensive rude and loud. Will not be going back. read more

I have found my new favorite nail place! They did awesome and super nice. Benie (I hope I'm spelling her name right) was my nail tech and she did amazing on my nails and was so helpful and kind! I came in as a walk in and they took me faster than I thought it would be! They even offered me something to drink and had a very interesting color selectwill definitely be coming back! read more

I've been going to this salon for several months. I always make an appointment and almost always have to wait 10-30 minutes to be seen. Today though was the worst. I waited 25 minutes before I was taken to a station. At that time they wrapped my nails in acetone and tin foil and moved me to yet another station so they could use the station I was at for another customer. I proceeded to sit there with acetone wrapped nails for a total of 50 minutes before deciding enough was enough. I took the foil off of my own nails and walked out. I would not recommend this salon to anyone who values their time because LA Nails certainly does NOT. read more

On a Wednesday morning, I went with my friend to LA Nails' other (new) shop, near the Publix at Sugarmill Woods. I wanted French Nails, but there was only one tech that did them (out of the 4 that we're there.) She has just started working on my friend, and since we were together, I reluctantly settled for just dip (colored). It was very disappointing. While the guy was incredibly personable, he was learning, and I didn't have the heart to complain. The following Monday, I went to LA Nails and explained all of this to the owner. He set me up with who I thought was a great tech, but, just 6 days later, I already have two nails that have BROKEN. This has never happened before. Besides this, the owner didn't even offer to give me a break on the redo. So, I spent $100 for two crappy nail jobs, (including tips.) I wouldn't go to either of these salons again. read more

This place really isn't worth your money, every time I've been it's been a below average experience. You have the option to call and make an appointment but in reality they just cram a bunch of people on the schedule for the money, they don't care about the service they provide at all. I usually request Tony and he did my nails really well once after that it was a mess, they over book to the max, he usually jumps around between two or three people and it never ends well for anyone. My friend and I had to wait over three hours for two full sets and we had made appointments. read more

Had a nice first visit. Girl who did my toes offered free water, soda, or wine while reviving my pedi. You have selections for types of pedicures if you'd wish to have a more in depth spa experience for your legs and feet. I got the basic (25$) to get my toes wet in LA nails (ha, pun intended). Anyways, after I got my nails done after a full set acrylic and they're all holographic. The lady who did it, Amy, I believe did awesome and was funny. My first idea for rose gold chrome didn't work out so we just went holographic. My end total was 80 bucks so not sure if they charge by nail for speciality like the chromes or holographic. We very nice atmosphere as well as up to date nail styles. I'll be back but maybe for a cheaper choice like paint with some bling on a finger lol. Check em out!! I used to love coming here, I got my nails done multiple times and so did my friend and my mom. They used to be very nice, clean and professional. However after a few times I started to get fed up but this past Wednesday in particular I had enough. I had to get my acrylics off because I was going into surgery later that day and Kevin my nail technician was immediately rude. Saying things such as "I can't do that, it's too new of a set." Even though the set was old and I had only got them filled three weeks prior this experience he refused. So then I sat there silently while we made very awkward eye contact and I kept repeating how I had no other option but to get them taken off. Then he took me to a table in the back and made me sit there for an hour soaking my nails in acetone. As he was using the Dremel he was looking at my nails in pure disgust and making faces. Afterwards he told me to go wash my hands and I returned to the table but he then said "you're done" I walked out and paid (unfortunately) and this was what my nails looked like. read more

I was "pushed" by the guy there to get gel because it "is so much better" A lot more was said about regular polish isn't good, etc. I personally did not like his attitude. Then when I didn't go with the gel, another comment was made. The polish work was put on very quickly. In this nail you can see it doesn't cover the nail. Additionally, the top coat partially covers the nails leaving a ridge look on most of my nails. read more

A great salon. Very clean. Excellent staff and service. I drive an hour each way to get pedicures there. Clearly, I highly recommend it.

The owner is pleasant and I had him do my nails the first time. The second time I wanted my pink and whites filled the girl Amy did them and she had a personality of a slug with a crocodile bite. When I asked her if she was in a bad mood today she asked me why? and I said because you're not smiling or you're not talkative and she responded with what am I supposed to talk to you? am I supposed to smile? I was going to get a pedicure but her attitude was awful. Now I have to spend my time going elsewhere to get one! Then I got charged $30 for a full set when I got a full and $5 on top of that for a gel top coat that everyone uses and doesn't charge extra. So put off by this experience. read more

Have been going there for a while since they are the only ones that use the dipping powder but after today - I think I'll go natural. Make an appointment and have people going before you that walked in from the street is not what I call good customer service. Even if the tech is busy, the least they could do would be to greet the customer, offer to allow you to soak in the chair instead of waiting for 45 minutes and then late for work! Kevin, I guess the shop owner, continues to yell at customers and his staff. He is very rude and rushes customers! Then he will continues to speak another language, very loudly, and point to a customer. I guess he is talking about them(?) I came here for the great reviews, but was sadly disappointed. Kevin did my nails, and they fell off within a week. He continued to rush me and pressure me into things. He would speak very fast, on purpose, and get me to agree on things. This shop is a SCAM!! Very impressed. We were in from out of town and needed pedicures. We selected the Deluxe pedicure for $35 ($10 more than basic) and it was the best pedicure I've ever had! Joe was efficient yet very thorough. The deluxe process with Ocean scent/creams was luxurious! Really wish I lived nearby - that would be my go-to pedicure every month! read more
