This is my first time coming to this nail place and I was not impressed. I was getting a pedicure and I sat down. The customer service was not good at all. I never got asked which pedicure I wanted. The lady who did my toes never used cuticle softener to cut my cuticle. Which I was not happy about, the massage was like 3 mins and pretty much a rush job. All in all the vibe was not good at all! The lack of reviews had me nervous about going here. But I'm happy with my service & my nails. The 4 stars for me is basically the highest I can give because I'm use to nail shops offering some type of beverages, wines, margaritas. This was more of a wham bam lets get these nails done experience rather than me feeling relaxed and pampered. Which is fine. I'm glad she got me in an out. There wasn't many people there at all, today is Monday so it could be a reason. But they always picked up a tad bit. Since my original nail tech moved it's taken me about a month to muster the courage to visit another shop. I will definitely be back. read more

Been going to Jay nails for many years Amy was a master nail tech! Unfortunately the new management is not as good as she. Always turning away my business saying "we busy" at 3pm?? The place is never packed and theres only maybe 3 customers in at a time! Not offering me to wait, come back or possibly make an appointment on more than one occasion this has happened is bad business in my opinion! However Kristina is always very nice and accommodating but Victor is making it hard for me to continue to be a loyal patron. read more

Worst pedicure I've ever had. The actually hurt my legs when she was massaging me, I've never had that happen in my 15 + years of getting a pedi. The chairs are "new" but the massagers in them suck! For some reason you can barely feel it and their noisy. Find a better place to get a pedi! read more

Did not feel as good as when I went the first time ! When I asked do they do hand massages with lotion which everyone I ever went to did ! I guess cause this Florida ! In New York they do. He said ask your husband ( who was with me ) it took everything in me not to curse him out! I was driving from Gainesville to Orlando on my way to the airport, had some extra time to kill and was in desperate need of a pedicure, so as I was driving past here I decided to stop in. When I got there, there were two other customers in the place, but it was very quiet. A gentleman quickly came up to take care of me, got me right into the spa chair, and set in on pampering me (I SO love the hot towels!). I have to admit, I may have even dozed off once or twice, but he was a great sport about it, making conversation when I was awake and engaged, but not pushing it. He did a fantastic job on my mani/pedi, and for $35 for both the price was very reasonable too. I don't know if I'll have the opportunity to stop back in here again or not, but I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable nail salon with great service. read more

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE If you get your nails done regularly I wouldn't recommended this place the nail tech they have to do your manicure was rude and kept laughing and i kept asking him what he was laughing at and he said "Oh nothing i'm just happy" Made me feel like he was laughing at my feet. My french pedicure was terrible as well, the white line wasn't good and they do a very quick job which ends up you wasting money because none of my white lines (I did french) are alined. I needed a fill and decided to try Jay Nails. I walked into the salon and was pleasantly surprised at how clean it was. It was the first salon that was decorated very well and with soothing music in the background which made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. I happened to be the only customer in the salon and the gent who took care of me was very attentive. I will have no hesitation in going back and recommend Jay Nails. read more

I used this website to help find some nail salons in town that weren't expensive, and good. I choose this one and I can say I was very happy. I got a manicure and a pedicure and paid 32 dollars. They're clean, and very nice. They take their time and make sure you're happy before you leave. I went to another salon in Belleview and they took forever to get to me, and weren't even that busy, and they didn't take their time. They just seemed like they wanted me out.
