She has made my dreams come true with more than one set and she uses such advanced techniques. She is also the nicest, funniest person. You can be silent if you want or have a whole gossip session. My pedi came out as expected, I had no complaints about that experience however I was wondering at what point was the tech that did my "dip mani" going to manicure my finger nails. I asked her to also buff my nails thin on the top and file the sides of my nails a smidge thinner. I asked when she would be cleaning my nail beds and she said that was suppose to be done before she dipped my nails. I asked her to use the gel for the clear top coat and she argued with me what was better ... I assume the owner/manager who then cashed me out made the comment next time to call ahead or make an appointment for my usual tech after I expressed how I felt about my so called dip manicure.

Yesterday morning, I went in for a builder gel set and requested a short stiletto shape. Unfortunately, the nails I received looked nothing like what I asked for. The shape, design, and overall appearance were not what I expected, and I left the salon very unhappy with the results. At the time, I chose not to say much because I was trying to be understanding and respectful. However, I feel that the technician and staff could clearly see that the nails were uneven, poorly shaped, and not representative of the service I requested. I should never have been allowed to leave the salon with nails that looked like this. Today, I returned to explain my concerns after having another nail technician fix and completely redo my nails. The receptionist told me that I should have come back to them first and that they would have taken care of it. While I understand that, when I showed and explained my concerns, I felt that they still did not fully understand why I was unhappy with the outcome. This is not about the money. I spent approximately $170, including my own nails and my granddaughter's nails. My disappointment comes from the lack of quality, attention to detail, and professionalism. When a client asks for a specific service, they should leave feeling satisfied and confident--not embarrassed by the results. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning to Luxury Nails, nor would I recommend them to others. Customer satisfaction should be a priority, and sadly, that was not my experience

I'm so glad I did. My experience was awesome. Cindy was the nail tech and she was so personable and friendly. She's also quite the artist! I showed her a picture of the Disney cruise logo and she made it happen. Beautifully. I do a lot of gardening, so I just went with my own stubby nails on my stubby fingers. I'm really, really happy!
