Nail tech was rude. I told him I wanted a full acrylic set and he preceded to put the acrylic on my own nails. I told him I wanted to have tips put on but he ignored me. Never gave me a choice of colors to look at. He just asked what color I wanted. I told him a sheer light pink and he gave me more of a peach or coral color which I couldn't tell until I got outside. I went back in and said the color was not what I wanted and could he change it. He seemed annoyed but said he would. Still didn't show me any colors so I said just give me something close to what I came in with. The new color was much better but he said "don't come back in 2 days and say you need to change the color again because your husband doesn't like it". I will not be back. read more

My wife needed to have gel nails taken off and asked me to tag along. This place is absolutely beautiful inside. Kudos to whoever did the interior decorating. Plenty of manicure and pedicure stations and the staff is very friendly. My wife talked me into a pedicure. Ive only had one before in my life and my feet are very ticklish, so these was going to be challenging. My pedicure tech was Anna and she was amazing. I did have a few laughing fits but that was expected and a few others laughed along with me, or at me. The leg and foot massage was incredible. My feet are still tingling with excitement and i feel like i have a new pair of legs! Highly recommend this place. Open Sundays and clean, nicely decorated. Orginally I felt as if my request for removal of gel polish was too small of a task for them and not worth their time. The male doing nails upfront said it would be a 30 min wait. I said okay and sat down with my husband. A couple mins later I asked if they had availability for a pedicure. The man said yes. About 1 min later a lady came up for me but I had my husband go. Lol. He really did need one. I figured he could get it done while he waits for me. About 10 mins later a lady came over to have me sit to remove my gel polish and I asked to go ahead with a manicure. So, Wow. Its not about the service here but the money. I understand its a business making money but don't make it so obvious that you don't want to accommodate everyone unless its worth it to you. read more

The workers are snide people. Snarky, underhanded comments are not unnoticed by your customers just Bc you think we might misconstrue them as language barrier issues. Not ok. My very first time here. I got a pedicure which was mediocre and a gel fill in. The pricing on the board indicated $20 for the fill and $30 for the pedicure. She charged me $100!! The staff here is incredibly unprofessional. They are rude and treat their customers poorly. I was appalled to see a woman come in to get her nails removed. They thought she was going to get a set after, and when they found out she wasn't decided to leave her nails looking busted after taking off the set. She got upset and they made her pay for manicure all because she wanted to leave the salon without her nails looking like trash after they soaked off her nails. Another customer was addressed rudely and told to take her business to Walmart if she didn't want to pay DOUBLE what was advertised for a simple refill. They speak to their customers in a condescending manner and care only about taking every penny they can from you before you walk out that door. No thanks, I will take my money elsewhere, where I can spend my day off in peace and not feeling embarrassed or upset by the way the other customers are being treated. My daughter in law and I stopped in for pedicures. We got there as the store opened and were immediately seated. We had a full day ahead and were looking forward to a few moments of peace. My daughter in law is gorgeous and very shy ( IMO) . There were women and men working there and two men started doing our pedis. It ended up being a totally skeevey experience. Two other male workers of various ages came over to "help". We left with her hugging herself and covering her breast area and feeling violated, dirty and many, many dollars lighter. All woman have had the experience of men making them feel like an object. Not only was she treated this way but the worker enjoyed her massage more than she did. It truly was a disgusting experience, and we PAID a lot of money for this experience. This happened over a year ago but I felt I should share this experience. read more

Nails and Beyond butchered my nails! I went in to have my old nails taken off and white tips put on. The older man who did the work I had never even seen before. He was VERY slow. I told him I wanted my nails medium short and rounded. He started in and had some nails look ok, some were more pointy than round, and some were just lopsided. I pointed out to him how he had made me bleed on one spot and his answer was no. I pointed out several times my problems with the nails and he just was not getting it right. Finally he said I was not paying so he was cutting them down (I thought perhaps to start over since I was so unhappy with them). Instead he cut them down completely and was done with me. One of my nails was so short he cut off all of my own nail underneath on one side and I discovered I was bleeding on another nail. According to the people there the owner won't be back until Nov 7th, and I am at fault and I wanted them this way. No one wants their nails that way 2 days before their wedding! They said they are in the business to make money, they don't actually care about what they do to people. read more

Actually I wish I could give this salon 0 stars. Rude staff, extremely unprofessional. I was getting a pedicure and the stylist (who was doing a good job) asked if I wanted a manicure, too. I said "Yes, I really need one." From across the room another stylist shouts snidely, "yeah you need a haircut, too." I don't think I need to do my hair and makeup to get my nails done so I approached him later and told him how inappropriate he was. He said it was a joke. Not cool. The next day I came to speak with the owner and express my unhappiness. He said "I was told you would be coming in because you can't take a joke and won't accept an apology. Henry took his time with me, was meticulous in the clean up of my nails and just when I thought I was done, I got a massage and paraffin soak. I cannot believe what just happened to me at this nail salon. I went in to get a fill (I was in about 2 weeks prior also for a fill and had no problem). So the guy who apparently calls the shop his (not sure if he owns it or manages it), starts doing my nails no problem. While taking off the gel nail polish with an electric nail drill he asks if I want acrylic or gel powder. I say acrylic because its cheaper and there's no reason to get gel. All of a sudden he's telling me that my acrylic is lifting and he has to remove the nails. 8 dollars for removal. So I say of course thank you for letting me know. He starts the removal process then tells me that he doesn't want to put the acrylic on my nails he just hacked and that the gel powder is better. 63 dollars for everything he tells me. Then he says this is his nail shop and he will only charge me 55 because he can and wouldnt let it go that he gave me 8 dollars off until I said thank you literally 4 times. So whatever thinking nothing of that. He puts the gel powder on and starts to use the electric nail tool to grind down the extra length of my nail. He then goes to underneath my nail to clean up the excess of the gel power there but instead of switching nail bits he uses the one for filing and burns my skin off of 2 finger tips. My right hand pinky and ring finger. I say to him that really hurts. Not being rude or mean at all. Just it hurts. And he replies with (literally his exact words) "I know.". Seriously?! Do you want me to file your finger tip off and be that nonchalant about it? So I let it go. It wouldnt be the first time a nail tech has cut or hurt me. He moves on and starts my next hand. All is good until he gets up to my left hand ring finger. He started filing underneath with the drill and burns me so I pull back and I'm like look that effing hurt. Can you not? (And let me tell you I'm NEVER that sassy especially when someone is handling a body part of mine, lolol.) So this man ignores me reaches over and GRABS MY HAND and starts doing it again also burning the deal out of me no exaggeration so I just pull my hand away and say no. (This is where things go waaaay down hill.) I proceed to get up and the man (I believe his name is Charlie or maybe Charles but I'm not positive.) starts screaming at me that I have to pay him for what he already did so I'm thinking you know what he's right. Just pay and walk away to not make a scene. So my son is only 2 months old and I don't want him breathing in the fumes of the nail salon so I had my sister sit right outside the door with him. Legitimately right outside directly next to the door completely visible for everyone inside to see. And I keep my bank card and keys in a little compartment on the front of his stroller. So I keep telling him to hold on as he is legit SCREAMING at me that he's going to call the police as I'm obviously going through this little compartment getting my bank card and telling him to hold on IM GETTING MY BANK CARD RIGHT NOW as I'm struggling to keep the door open while looking for this bank card and trying to hold my sons stroller steady. I come back in and hand him my card and say how much. He says 48 while looking at my fingers and asking what was wrong with them. I said you burnt my finger and now its bleeding and he wiped away the blood quickly and said bleeding where? With a giant attitude saying it so loudly because he was trying to look innocent in front of everyone. He also was yelling "WHY YOU SO MEAN TO ME WHEN I NICE TO YOU?!) While I was standing there with a bleeding finger and a mortified look on my face saying "You literally burnt my finger...". No apology no sympathy. Nothing. I was honestly in so much shock I stared sobbing when I walked away. I don't know how someone who did that to me can try and make me look like the bad person. AND on top of that I paid 48 dollars for it anyway. I don't know what I can do or how to report it. But I will never be back to this business and I hope others won't either.
