The customer service here is horrendous. Don't bother to make an appointment. They'll bombard you with SEVERAL text confirmations AND a phone call the day of to change the time and then they'll call and cancel right before your appointment. I have had 10+ appointments and the pattern of being bombarded with several confirmation texts and calls occurs to be followed by a time change and/or cancellation. Never going back. read more

New management, the new manager after me going there for quite some time told me how she was gonna shave my nails, not the way that I wanted them demanded that would be her way and needless to say I just went and had my nails filled at where my original nail tech is and did a soak off with my nails, and I'm going to show pictures of what that woman at Top nails put on my nails. It looked like slime coming off my nails. I was recently told by another professional salon, that this is not how it's supposed to look to. I went to Top Nails today for the first time, I had Lauren do my nails. She did the WORST JOB of any nail girl EVER that I have gone to. My daughter and I was looking for a new place to get our nails done, the last one we went to for her birthday was awful we were rushed in and out and the nails popped off my daughters in just a few days, so we came to Top Nails and I must say that my nails were done perfectly, they feel so light and airy nothing like before, Faith did my nails and she is my go to girl from now on, they were a mess but she painstakingly worked her magic and boom beautiful nails, I will NOT go anywhere else, they were done correctly from start to finish and we felt like we mattered and was not just a wallet, just. Top Nails is the only salon I have gone to for a pedicure in more the past two years or more.....dating back when Mai Lin (sp?) owned the salon. I have recently learned why the nail of one of my big toes was crumbling.... I have nail fungus! After the first of the year we moved away from the area and am going to a different salon AND having them use my "equipment". I hope the new owners are more responsible about having clippers, etc. sanitized between clients. I thought Mai Lin was, but apparently not. The pedicures themselves were fine, but the one star is for the nail fungus. My podiatrist says it is next to impossible to get rid of it and it usually comes back. read more

I had a bad day at the Drs office and felt I needed a "pick-me-up"! My feet were rough and my nails were breaking one by one! So on my way to food shop, I saw the sign "Top Nails" and decided that was just what I needed! They weren't real busy, so I ended with one gal working my pedi. When the next gal was free, she did my mani while I soaked my feet and got a nice leg massage! I felt like queen for a day! The service was wonderful. For the mani-pedi and gel nail polish (dries faster, lasts longer) it cost $57. I don't know I if it's a good price - it I felt it was well worth it! I am deducting one*star because only the owner spoke English. In that comfortable setting, I would have liked to have gotten to know the attendants better but for language barrier.
