Positively the worst manicure and pedicure I have ever gotten! I didn't even bother to get the technician's name because I knew I will never go back. For the pedicure, she was so worried about getting the scrub on her clothes that she kept pulling the towel over her pants and pushing my foot in the scrub. She ended up leaving some on the bottom of my foot and the back of my leg. She didn't put the separators between my toes so I had to be super careful while they dried, but while I was getting my manicure she stepped on my foot 3 times. I have never had a manicure where they didn't soak my hands in hot water first. She just put some cuticle conditioner on my nails, sprayed them with some alcohol and went to town with the cuticle scraper and clippers. Then she cut them down and filed them with a regular emery board, not the nice nail files usually used. She lightly ran the buffer over them then sent me to wash my hands and polished my nails very messily. Done! I came home and had to file them myself to shape them and of course that messed up the edges. I'll probably end up taking the polish off because my nails will look better plain than with this messy polish. I won't make that mistake again! read more

Absolutely horrible! Kenny did my nails Ask for medium they were super short super thick all warped and no shape. Had to have them completely redone which I spent five and a half hours there! Anton redid my nails he did okay! My toenails which I had gel put on $58 already chipped and it's one day later. I highly recommend you do not go there. Management was very nice but who wants to spend all that time and be so dissatisfied and spend that much money to get your nails done and your toenails done $113 plus tip plus extra tip for the person that redid the nails! I would give it a negative one but you can't do that. So the one is for them trying to help fix the problems. read more

I was a walk-in client for a gel pedicure. After waiting for more than an hour, I was seated in a chair and put my feet in a bowl with no water where I again waited for another 15 minutes. Finally, Shay (sp?) came to the chair to start my pedicure. Before she began, I advised her I was diabetic and unblooded thinners. I then experience the most painful pedicure of my life. And when the pedicure was almost completed there were two areas on my left small toe that were bleeding. She told me I was responsible for that. I don't know how that's possible my feet were in the bowl. She begrudgingly found a Band-Aid for my toe and then proceeded to tell me how to take care of it. She was defensive and condescending. Kenny did terrible. He went out to puff on a cigarette every 10 minutes and he kept talking about how good he is - he's not. I got my nails done two days ago and they're already coming off, and they're acrylics. I also asked for a specific design, and i wanted the base color to be skin tone, but it's pink. The last couple times I've been there to get a pedicure they've done a horrible job, so much that right after my pedicure I was asked by a friend "When are you getting a pedicure?" Been going there on and off for 3 years, but I think last week's pedicure will be my last... He barely cut any skin or cuticle around my toes, surely didn't clean under my nails, nails were still jagged from not cutting or filing them properly and my leg rub was 2-3 minutes at most... oh and let's not mention my heels... they were just as rough as when I went in.... Warning. My mother in law decided to treat herself to a manicure for the holidays. Within two hours the nail gel literally slid off her nails. When she called to complain and to make an appointment to repair the damaged nails she was treated rudely by management and was told your technician is not in. We can't help you today. The second day she called back and was met with the same obnoxious attitude and refusal to fix her nails. On the third day she went directly to the establishment and demanded repairs. She was given a new manicure. Within six hours three nails are totally bare. Do not waste your time and money on this place. I picked two colors, one with sparkles and one without, for a pedicure to match my nails. The one with sparkles on my big toes did not look like the sample at all. Kenny said he couldn't redo it and it was too late to redo the two nails that clearly didn't match. Top coat wasn't on or anything, yet, so just a matter of wiping one off. Today was my 1st and last time visiting this salon. I had a mani and a pedi. I Am so disappointed in my results. I spent 25-30 minutes under their fans (where the tech told me 5-10 minutes). On the website it says hours are 9-7. When I called to make an appointment the girl that answered refused to verify they were open until 7 and kept insisting that I leave my job early to get there by 5 for my acrylic fill and pedicure. When I explained that I could not do that she apologized that she couldn't make an appointment for me. I come here with my mom whenever I'm in town visiting her. Always a good experience. They have a wide selection of polish to choose from. Make an appt!!! It says walk in's are accepted but there are only ~8 employees and this place gets busy and you could wait awhile. I love getting the gel polish that comes with the matching pedicure polish. I hadn't had my nails done in a month of Sunday's due to covid but found myself unexpectedly in Ocala due to the death of my dad and I'll spare the details but it's a live version of jerry meets Maury meets a lifetime movie. I needed a little self care and this salon got me right in. I didn't get the name of the tech who did my pedi/brow wax but she was great! Visiting in the area and didn't have a referral for any place. 1st place I stopped didn't have any availability. Drove to next Plaza and this place did. I know know why. I will not ever return. (was thinking of coming back tomorrow for a nail fill) Asked for a pedicure. Was put in a chair with look warm to cool water. I had no control over the massage chair. We went here with a scheduled appointment for 2 mani/pedis. Kenny is rude to say the least and another guy was filthy. I would not recommend taking your worst enemy here. The nail polish was old and they didn't even use the same polish on toes and hands. In fact I never even got my manicure. I wish I could give them a negative 20. I was visiting my grandfather in the area, but I desperately needed a manicure. I got a gel manicure just three days ago, to find that on two of my nails, the polish is chipping off. I have never had gel polish chip off before, & I did not do anything that caused it to chip. The man doing my nails kept assuring me that Sky Nails was "the best place & the only place that I should ever do my nails". If that was the case, they would not already be chipping & making me feel like I wasted $35. The people working were also very rude to not only me, but the customers around me. Worst pedicure I've ever gotten! First of all this Salon has no A/C. Usually no a/c wouldn't be that big of a deal, but under a mask it's extremely uncomfortable. They don't have any bags for the foot tubs they just "sanitize"in between clients. They use the same tools client after client as well, with only a spritz of some sort of cleaner between uses. They use the cheese grater on you without asking. I had a cut on the bottom of my foot and the woman who was giving me the pedicure went right over it (with the grater) causing irritation. Hours later I'm still in pain and I have a high pain tolerance. I was never asked how I wanted my nails shaped and when I looked down they were already round. I came in with a friend and the woman doing her pedicure loudly laughed at her feet and told her she needed to get pedicures more often when doing the cheese grater. The woman also messed up one of my friends nails and then had us pay an extra $5 to have someone fix it. When I was done for my pedicure I paid for both my pedicure and my friends and when the woman who did my nails came back with change she stood over me until I gave her, and my friends' nail woman a tip. Mind you her pedicure wasn't even done yet. Overall this place is just not it. read more

This was THE worst pedicure I have ever had. I got a 5 minute "massage" at most . Had sat down with a friend at the same time to get a pedicure and theirs lasted 15 minutes longer than mine. Six of my toes were half painted. I asked if I could have the water warmer and the guy said are you done yet? I went to tell the owner about the experience and he refused to listen. When I went over to show him my toenails that were half painted he started an argument with me. He then went on to say he would call the cops if I left without paying (Which I wasn't planning on doing). Eric is the best!!!!!!!!!!! I get acrylics every 2 weeks with him - he fixes any broken nail without a charge (only if you got your nails done there). This was a very bad experience and I will never go back. My sister got a so called "pedicure" and was sitting in the chair for about 15 minutes at the most. She got a 4 minute massage and could not even relax because it was so horrendous. When she was finished she noticed that 6 of her toes were half painted and messed up. She wanted to let the manager know so that did not happen to another customer but he refused to do anything about it. The manager, who usually would deal with this situation like a civilized person, got up in our faces and started yelling. He forced her to pay full price for a pedicure that had no massage and half painted toes. He also threatened to call the cops if she didn't pay for it (which she wouldn't have done anyway) and locked us both in the store until the transaction was made. read more
