Quality of service, terrible, they have no shame in making fun of people in Vietnamese, they don't even take the time to talk to the client, I took my two girls to get their nails done and all they did was speak one another without even paying any mind to them. And then they even dare to say if I am leaving a tip. No shame. No wonder why that place is always empty. Maybe a degree on how to make costumers happy would help. I haven't been here in awhile and unfortunately my usual nail tech was unavailable. I asked for pedi and dip mani and asked if my usual tech was available, the owner informed me that she was booked for the day, so I decided to go ahead and get my nails done anyway. My pedi came out as expected, I had no complaints about that experience however I was wondering at what point was the tech that did my "dip mani" going to manicure my finger nails. I asked her to also buff my nails thin on the top and file the sides of my nails a smidge thinner. I asked when she would be cleaning my nail beds and she said that was suppose to be done before she dipped my nails. I asked her to use the gel for the clear top coat and she argued with me what was better ... I assume the owner/manager who then cashed me out made the comment next time to call ahead or make an appointment for my usual tech after I expressed how I felt about my so called dip manicure. read more

Never again... David did my polish change on 8 of my 10 mails (7/16) he was rude and was making fun of me to other employees (sad that the assume we are not smart enough to understand what they are saying/doing)... it also became more obvious when another nail tech kept telling them to stop and kept looking at me with this awkward smile. Came in as a walk in with an idea picture! Took 2 hours for Tracy to do my nails. Thinking that it's going to be great. Well I wasn't able to decide what I wanted the lady kept telling me this color will be better! And the very end I noticed that the line work is everywhere nail polish on my hands fingers it's just terrible! I will say it was a waste of $80! Don't go here!!!!! read more

Nice big windows to look out while this nice man works miracles on my forest feet. Smells nice in the salon not chemical smelling like some nail salons. The massage chairs are nice to take in the panoramic view of the parking lot. Bless his heart for working on my abused feet. This is the WORST experience I've ever had with getting acrylic nails and a pedicure ... I got there at 11am I did not leave until 2 o'clock.. they was not busy at all ... there is only 2 associates who knows how to do acrylic... everyone else only do pedicures and if you have acrylic on your toe please prepare to have to wait just to get it re done bc the associates ARE NOT universal... they do not communicate and will expect you to pay full price. I've starting coming here about three months ago and I'm more than pleased! My Nail Tech, Lee Ann ("Linh"?) was recommended by my Sister since she does her nails with her. Lee Ann is extremely nice and sweet; she does a great job! The salon is big, clean and quiet. I highly recommend it and to make an appointment. With an appointment, you're basically guaranteed to be started on on time or within a couple of minutes. read more

I will start with it is clean and from what I thought professional. The male technician rushed through my pedi and when I informed him he proceeded to a tell me he did all the steps and if I'm not happy next time go to someone else. Tracy the other technician took her time with her customer we sat down at the same time and I was done she was still working. Very rude and it's unfortunate. I rarely give poor reviews. I'm in the industry and know when I am being rushed. He should have gone home for the day. I gave another young lady $10 and walked out. Half the pay for Half the customer service. read more

My daughter in law stopped in for pedicures. It's currently a covid wary era. Small businesses are allowed to open . When we arrived we had to sign a form that absolved Elite Nails from prosecution in case we were exposed to the virus. Scary times. After signing in and signing the forms we were instructed to wash our hands (we both were wearing masks) . We were seated and experienced the most professional and detailed pedi I have had in a long time. I did not ask the gentleman's name( I should have). I have a quirky sense of humor and he kept me laughing the entire visit. It truly was a great start to my day. I hope everyone can go in with a happy attitude , these are hard working professionals and deserve respect. I will be back. read more

I set an appointment cause I knew for mother's day weekend things could get crazy. It didn't help. They sat us in the back & saw took multiple walk ins before seeing me and my mom. After waiting 25 minutes they finally sat us for pedis. They completed my mom's pedi and started her mani before even starting my pedi. My mom was done and seated to wait before I was even done with my pedi. I was seated for my full set (which they acted beyond annoyed that I wanted something different from my mom. Heaven forbid!) Then while I was seated, they pressured my mom to pay for herself even though she wasn't leaving. (Thanks for that. Now I don't have a mother's day gift for my mom.) My manicurist took forever doing my full set of gel nails (I have 1 hand that looks matted & 1 hand that is shiny), making me MISS my Girl's Night I had 3 hours after my scheduled nail appointment. Came in on a Saturday with two friends for pedicures. Staff seemed very confused that I would want to wait for my friends to arrive prior to beginning my service. Throughout the service the nail tech working on the lady next to me continually rolled her eyes and made scoffing noises at me and my friends. When she saw that my friend had selected multiple colors she actually muttered "oh my god!" My massage chair was also not functional but my technician wouldn't know that because he didn't ask, he was too busy asking the client next to me if she was relaxed. This is a nail salon that I have been too many times and enjoyed and the past several visits have been subpar. The prices are still good but that doesn't really matter if the service makes you uncomfortable. read more

Will definitely not go there EVER! I called to see till what time they will be open they said till 6 pm and gave me an appointment for 5:30. we get there and it's like they are rushing to leave the guy that was doing my daughters nails is rushing and had a horrible attitude. My nail tech was the worse, I type all day and my hands tend to tense up a bit he kept shaking and pushing my hands after i informed him that i was not doing it on purpose. The girl that is sitting next to me wants to get a full set but has tips on. instead of telling her we can not do your nails today because of time they go ahead and start to rip her nails off with nail clippers instead of soaking them. then they get upset because the poor girl is hurting when they tell her to put her pinky in acetone.
