Once I got seated they offered me a drink and Kenny was very professional. I explained not to cut my cuticles for personal reasons and he understood. I have been cut many times in the past and I get major anxiety with it. I'm also not great for the scrubbing and I let him know and he once again took the time to listen to me with my requests and was gentle .
