The interior is mostly white.... clean, modern, and truly spotless. Cleanliness clearly matters here. Service is top-tier. Sallam did my nails and really listened (!) ..... my shape is squoval ....with a raised middle. He spoke English, understood exactly what I wanted, and nailed the shape and finish. Attention to detail shows. The vibe is hip and welcoming without being pretentious. They offer water and beverages, play trending music, and have several TVs. The polish selection is extensive, and the techs can do complex nail art you usually only on Insta.... def a higher skill level than most ! I'm glad I chose this spot instead of driving to Orlando. And frankly, I'm tired of overpaying in The Villages for lower quality. People are already coming from all over, and I see why. Bottom line: Great work, clean space, thoughtful service. Nobody tried to accommodate they simply sat with attitudes and threatened to call the police assuming I would walk out and not pay. The manager was sassy and rude and told me multiple times he was not going to do anything. This place was completely empty and for a reason. Do not come to this place! This salon has always charged more than others in the area. Knowing that the manager, Kelvin, openly admits he is obsessed with money and being a rich young man... the services his team provided did make it a little more worth it, at times. But, not consistent across techs so appointments help. They do have a rewards program that provides a minimal support to ongoing customers. There are times when I had an appointment but squeezing in other customers could make my appointment run 10, 20, 30 minutes late 25%-30% of the time. I am a great tipper and almost always tipped in cash, as requested by the management. Here is the kicker... When Trump started to talk tariffs... Kelvin immediately charged a considerable increase as of 04/01/25. The dip polish removal and change is now $57. Changing the polish on my toes with old product - same increase percentage. I went to Star Nails and I am sold on John's dip nails. I am 2 weeks into my second dip set and they look stellar! I also save 30%!!! less for the same service and my nails are actually consistently staying better for longer. Fairy Nails... if people want to pay that price, become a number, then I applaud your capitalism. I can't be that person for you anymore.

The shaping is awful, I have some of the French tip polish bleeding over onto the sides of my nails, none of the nails are the same length, they didn't do any dead skin removal around my edges, the French tip polish overall is not even on any nail. Some of the nails I look like I need a fill in still. This is the worst nail set I've ever had and I won't be coming back here again, $135 for this and toes is ridiculous when it looks NOTHING like I asked for lol.
