I felt this setup was not so good. It was awkward to apply polish with him beside the chair. The two coats of polish were ok, but he just ran the top coat in one stoke down the center of the nail leaving a shiny streak. By evening some of the polish had already chipped on one nail. He let me sit ther with my fingers in front of a small fan, while he went on to the next client. I didn't think he was ever coming back, so I started to get myself out of this setup. He noticed and came over to help me. He did not check my nails at all. I had to put a clear coat on myself after I got home. I've had good service from the others, and will go back to the salon but I don't think I will use him again.

I went with the $45 pedicure that included everything I needed plus premium fragrance water and lotions. First off the water was cold. I tried to tell her and it's still only ended up lukewarm. I asked that my nails be squared off and ended up with rounded nails. The stuff they put in the water did not have a smell whatsoever neither did the lotion. I received no massage just exfoliation that almost hurt. She wanted to use a cheese grater and I had to tell her no. I didn't even have calluses. She only applied one coat of polish so you could see through it in areas and it was streaked. $45 for a 20 minute no massage pedicure redo is ridiculous. I would definitely never be a patron at this establishment again with all the other wonderful nail salons out there.

My pedi came out as expected, I had no complaints about that experience however I was wondering at what point was the tech that did my "dip mani" going to manicure my finger nails. I asked her to also buff my nails thin on the top and file the sides of my nails a smidge thinner. I asked when she would be cleaning my nail beds and she said that was suppose to be done before she dipped my nails. I asked her to use the gel for the clear top coat and she argued with me what was better ... I assume the owner/manager who then cashed me out made the comment next time to call ahead or make an appointment for my usual tech after I expressed how I felt about my so called dip manicure.

I made an appointment for 3pm for a gel refill and French manicure. Well, I ended up being rushed at 3:35pm by the guy who started doing my nails and then someone else took over, even though he was supposed to do my French manicure. I had to stop him at the first nail because it was already very thick, and he kept looking at me as if I were crazy when I asked him to make it thinner. So I said that's fine, no French, just leave them. Looking at them now, they are all messed up (I hate the shape), you can see the other refill on the bottom and on top of that, I'm not sure if he used gel or acrylic.
