Then turned away 10m late with fingers waving and phone literally SHOVED IN MY FACE so that I had to physically lean back, to apparently show me my appt time. Unkempt, large, nasty woman refused to give name, just said talk to Angela. Aggressive, rude human. Glad she didn't touch me after all. Don't waste your time. And I read now that many have the exact same experience and they're dirty and unsanitary.

I admit, I'm picky, but if I'm willing to pay for quality work and a relaxing afternoon, I'm allowed to be! Nina was my nail tech. She was absolutely amazing! My nails, toes, and eyebrows are 100% on point! Victoria who is an upper class, elevated concierge, was so pleasant on the phone, and fit me in, is lovely as well. Hey! Free wine, coffee, sodas or bottled water make it even better! I've found my salon! 30% off on your first visit is an excellent reason to give them a try! Immaculately clean as well!

If I was to base my experience off of first impression, it would have gotten zero stars. Mercedes looked at me and judged me, because I have long hair. My advice get rid of her and fill the chair with someone who actually wants to work.

They have only been open about three months, but it already feels like a hidden gem people should know about. The first thing you notice is how light, bright, and aesthetic the space is. The interior is mostly white.... clean, modern, and truly spotless. Cleanliness clearly matters here. Service is top-tier. Sallam did my nails and really listened (!) ..... my shape is squoval ....with a raised middle. He spoke English, understood exactly what I wanted, and nailed the shape and finish. Attention to detail shows. The vibe is hip and welcoming without being pretentious. They offer water and beverages, play trending music, and have several TVs. The polish selection is extensive, and the techs can do complex nail art you usually only on Insta.... def a higher skill level than most ! I'm glad I chose this spot instead of driving to Orlando. And frankly, I'm tired of overpaying in The Villages for lower quality. People are already coming from all over, and I see why. Bottom line: Great work, clean space, thoughtful service. I'll be back ! Itruly hope Yelp doesn't suppress this honest five-star review, because people deserve to know this salon exists !

Nobody tried to accommodate they simply sat with attitudes and threatened to call the police assuming I would walk out and not pay. The manager was sassy and rude and told me multiple times he was not going to do anything. This place was completely empty and for a reason. Do not come to this place! The polish was super clumpy because they did not dry the polish between layers.. they do not even have dryers the guy used a flip flop to dry my toes.
