Knowing that the manager, Kelvin, openly admits he is obsessed with money and being a rich young man... the services his team provided did make it a little more worth it, at times. But, not consistent across techs so appointments help. They do have a rewards program that provides a minimal support to ongoing customers. There are times when I had an appointment but squeezing in other customers could make my appointment run 10, 20, 30 minutes late 25%-30% of the time. I am a great tipper and almost always tipped in cash, as requested by the management. Here is the kicker... When Trump started to talk tariffs... Kelvin immediately charged a considerable increase as of 04/01/25. The dip polish removal and change is now $57. Changing the polish on my toes with old product - same increase percentage.
