Plenty of manicure and pedicure stations and the staff is very friendly. My wife talked me into a pedicure. Ive only had one before in my life and my feet are very ticklish, so these was going to be challenging. My pedicure tech was Anna and she was amazing. I did have a few laughing fits but that was expected and a few others laughed along with me, or at me. The leg and foot massage was incredible. My feet are still tingling with excitement and i feel like i have a new pair of legs! Highly recommend this place. I think I'll be having pedicures on a somewhat regular basis as my feet feel like brand new.

Never gave me a choice of colors to look at. He just asked what color I wanted. I told him a sheer light pink and he gave me more of a peach or coral color which I couldn't tell until I got outside. I went back in and said the color was not what I wanted and could he change it. He seemed annoyed but said he would. Still didn't show me any colors so I said just give me something close to what I came in with. The new color was much better but he said "don't come back in 2 days and say you need to change the color again because your husband doesn't like it". I will not be back.

I feel bad for being so disappointed for choosing this place and not having a better review. I left holding back tears bc of how bad my nails turned out. I don't usually treat myself so I'm not too familiar with salon etiquette. The tech was rushing and it showed. The tech made me bleed twice, which it happens, whatever. I was more disgusted by seeing the tools that drew blood get put back like nothing happened. After she got done rushing, I got oblong uneven shaped nails and parts of my nail missing polish. As well as leaving with leftover powder dried underneath my nails. I won't be letting the name luxury deceive me. I thought more TLC would be given. In all fairness she has had other shop, so maybe he worked for her before. I came in and I was waiting for the hair dresser, they offered coffee, though it was nice but nothing special. I started to wonder in the small salon, because I like to observe hairdressers and how they work. Every time I got up she asked where I was going, first it was to the bathroom then to get sugar for my coffee. I was asked to sit down several times, it made me feel like grade school. Most shops are vibrant and lots is going on, not so with this shop. I then had my consultation and the hairdresser told me he had only worked there a few months. I got the consultation which I gave it 2 stars because I felt the hairdresser tried very hard. Then I was given the price. For a color cut and highlights it was $180.00. I have very short hair and most salons in other places I live go by the length of your hair. I walked out of there and said I know how they came up with the name, because they give you the price and you say wow. Now I can understand the price if my hair had been long. They have a lot to learn about running a exclusive salon. I have lived in big cities and have gone to the best. But you get special treatment and WOW lacked that wow factor!
