I was surprised how busy they were at 10am. I went in with my partner and they sat us side by side. The guy doing the pedicure was great, attention to detail, quick, not super chatty. He cleaned my feet well and asked before he used the scraper (which I declined). He polished my feet THREE times because I messed it up. Even if he was annoyed it didn't show. Prices were typical. No pressure to tip. Overall very friendly nail salon. If I frequented Ocala, I would return!

They have only been open about three months, but it already feels like a hidden gem people should know about. The first thing you notice is how light, bright, and aesthetic the space is. The interior is mostly white.... clean, modern, and truly spotless. Cleanliness clearly matters here. Service is top-tier. Sallam did my nails and really listened (!) ..... my shape is squoval ....with a raised middle. He spoke English, understood exactly what I wanted, and nailed the shape and finish. Attention to detail shows. The vibe is hip and welcoming without being pretentious. They offer water and beverages, play trending music, and have several TVs. The polish selection is extensive, and the techs can do complex nail art you usually only on Insta.... def a higher skill level than most ! I'm glad I chose this spot instead of driving to Orlando. At no point did I ask not to pay or walk out without paying I simply questioned why I had to pay full price for bad work. I walked out with unpolished toes and had to pay the full amount. Nobody tried to accommodate they simply sat with attitudes and threatened to call the police assuming I would walk out and not pay. The manager was sassy and rude and told me multiple times he was not going to do anything. This place was completely empty and for a reason. Do not come to this place! The polish was super clumpy because they did not dry the polish between layers.. they do not even have dryers the guy used a flip flop to dry my toes.
