Unkempt, large, nasty woman refused to give name, just said talk to Angela. Aggressive, rude human. Glad she didn't touch me after all. Don't waste your time. And I read now that many have the exact same experience and they're dirty and unsanitary.

I went up to the front desk pay for the services and left her a check I will never ever ever go back to that place again and I will spread the word how rude and unprofessional they were.

Seems like all manicures around the Villages are $17 now. I don't think that's ok to not have massage included with that nor luxury nail polish choices, but when you are feeling too lazy to drive outside of the bubble, what are you going to do? At least this place was more upscale than most and they offer nail designs and such. My technician claimed some of the luxury pedicures involved more feet massage time, but I like the option of paying $xx, a certain amount for a specific quantity of time. Then you know what you're getting. Me and my friend started out with $38 mani/pedi and both walked out spending around $70 on who knows what upgrades.

We booked two appointments at the same time. While in the waiting room, our two masseuses came out to get us. We asked if we could be in the same room. We didn't know there would be a Suprise Upcharge. Yes, we have had couples massages many times over the years. But we got charged a good deal more even though there was nothing special about this. Also, my masseuse was really just rubbing me. She said let me know if you want me to dig deeper. I said yes. After all, I went for a massage, not a rubbing. There was an another Surprise Upcharge! They never mentioned any upcharges at any time. So, we wound up spending $50 more. This is a very sneaky way to do business and we won't be going back.
