I have been to 3 other makeup tattoo professionals in the last 15 years, so this was my 4th tattoo artist now. When I include all the touch ups I've been worked on at least 10 times. These touch ups were not free!. All of these people worked on me in the Bay Area. None of them would do what I asked them to, were able to enhance my appearance in a meaningful way, or prevent their work from fading. They all made the same claims about quality pigments; all detailed care of the tattoos afterwards. Good thing my appearance wasn't ruined! Excuses for the fade out included, "Your skin just eats up the dye", or, "Your body rejected the dye." Meredith is the only one who has done what I asked for and correctly. There is a few times when you meet someone who has a true gift. Doesn't lie to you just to take your money, and gives her honest feedback about what is it that your interested in. When I was looking into getting my eyebrows tattooed, everyone was so ready to just get to work with no explanation but with so much expectation that they would look perfect. After seeing some previous clients I quickly realized that wasn't true. Then I met Meredith. She had me choose a shape I was interested in and helped me decide what would fit my faces shape and with the perfect color for my blonde hair. They look incredible. Amazing work! I waited 5 years for the right artist and I finally found her! I always knew I wanted permanent makeup, but I was very nervous and scared to get something permanent on my face. I did a lot of research on many artists before I decided to go with Meredith. She is very skilled, knowledgeable, and detailed. I wanted something that doesn't look too fake, but natural. I finally got my eyebrows and eyeliners done and I am so happy with the results! I didn't have to explain much and she knew exactly how I wanted it. It turns out perfect! I love her work so much that I drove 3 hours to get my second application done! I had my eyebrows done by Meredith about a month ago and they turned out beyond AMAZING!!! I Absolutely LOVE them and I am so Thankful every single day when I am getting ready in the morning! I have very little eyebrow hair and had to draw them on every single day. Meredith has made my day so much easier! I spent hours a week drawing on not very good eyebrows as well as spending so much money on different products. The experience with her was easy, painless and just all around amazing. I can honestly say it is life changing for me because I have SUCH a confidence boost now. I just got my brows done and I am so in love with them! To not have to draw them on every morning is the best! My appointment was booked out 2 mo. and Meredith also recommended I add myself to the waitlist. A sooner appointment came available and I was scheduled the next day. A few years back I had microblading done and a touch up, it never held. As soon as my brows healed the ink came right out. It's been about 2 months since I got my brows done by Meredith and I have to say, I LOVE them! She gave me the shape I've always wanted, but was never able to figure out on my own. She definitely has eye for how to bring out your natural beauty and look "done up" at the same time. VERY HAPPY! I recently had my eyes and brows done by Meredith at Notorious Permanent Makeup- I LOVE IT! I had thought about this for over a year, after someone I'd worked with had her liner done. I have had very thin eyebrows for as long as I can remember and have always thought about getting them done, I just have always been a little scared about who I could trust to do them. I went in thinking I wanted to get microblading done on my brows. She educated me more about all the techniques, showed me HEALED pictures of them, and I just let her do her thing. Ended up with powder ombré brows, didn't need to get a touch up 6 weeks after like most other places recommend. My brows looked amazing, and natural!!
