I went into the salon. Right off the bat, the girl goes, Oh, I showed her pictures. I can do…read moreexactly what you want to do. She did not. The hair was completely blonde. There was no brown highlights in my hair. I looked on the website. I saw the pricing. I knew that I could afford those pricings. I've been going to a hairstylist for having my hair done for over 20 years, and I've never paid $500 for three services. If you look on their website, they say certain prices, and then when you get to the salon, the hairstylist has an opportunity to say, Hey, I'm better than anybody else in this town, so I get to charge more. So she did not say that to me. She just said this is going to be $500. And I'm thinking, Wow, this is going to be a really great haircut--I mean, hairdo. She overbooked. She had a Brazilian. She left me soaking in where they wash your hair, and I knew that Brazilian was going to take 45 minutes at least. By that time, she could have blow-dried me and got me out of there, and I had to leave with my hair wet, so she couldn't charge me for that. What she charged me for was to tone my hair, which was like $35. She charged me--well, it was supposed to be like $165 for a full foil, and then she charged me a hundred-and-something dollars to cover up the gray. Now, that does not add up to $500 when I got up to the register, plus I tipped her well. Now her manager is saying, Oh, well, we went up there and we fixed it. No, you didn't. You fixed the back. You didn't fix the sides. Now she's saying, Oh, well, every stylist can charge whatever they want to charge. Then why even have charges? Why even have fees on your website? Because it is clickbait. It is so that people can get in there and think that they can afford it, and then once they get in there, they're told a totally different price. That is sad to me. What if a person came in there with exactly enough money to have their hair done, and it was messed up? She did not do exactly what I asked her to do. She did not. It was completely blonde. There was no dimension. There was no brown in there. She brought her manager up. Her manager reassured, Oh, we're going to redo it. We're going to take care of it, and her manager seems to think that it's fine. Her manager seems to think that the $500 that she charged me for the three services that are less than barely $300 is sufficient. I will not go back to Diamond Salon, and if I were you, if I was going to Diamond Salon, I would not look at the pricing on their website because each stylist can say, I'm better than everybody else in this town, and I can charge you whatever I want, and I'm going to do it after the fact. I'm going to charge you after the fact. And yes, she did tell me $500, but she was going to do more to my hair until she was overbooked. So I would beware of going to Diamond Hair Salon until you're very clear. I would even have it in writing, because she goes, Oh, if she does this to your hair, if it lifts orange, it does this, it does that. All I wanted was just a full foil, cover my roots, and just basically a-- what do you call it? A, you know, when they... Anyway. There was three services, $500. That is ridiculous. And then she goes, Oh, well, we will talk to our legal team, because she seems to think that what that girl Courtney that starts with a K did, she's in the right. She's in the right, and she's going to take up for her. So $500 out the door. My hair looks like crap, and they seem to think, Oh, that's the picture that you showed us. I could show you side-by-side pictures. They look nothing alike. Not-- there's no dimension. It is an ashy blonde, is what it is. It is not blonde and brown highlights.
