The reviews on Google were very good, so I came and was happy with the results. Julie is a sweet lady. She has one of the lightest touches of any threader I've been to. So pain level was low. I have a lot of hair, so I usually talk to the threader for a couple minutes about the shape I'm going for. Otherwise, it could go in many different directions. She understood immediately what I wanted. She actually taught me a little more about what shapes would look best on my face. She also waxed my lip and I barely felt anything. The next time I visit this city, I'm definitely going to call ahead and try to book a few more services. It's not easy for people in smallish cities like this to find good eyebrow artists. The threading didn't hurt like other places, and she was so precise. For $25, it truly can't be beat. I don't like the thin eyebrow look. Most people who have waxed/thread my eyebrows take them thinner than I like. Keyul doesn't. She is able to leave my eyebrows neat and clean yet as thick as possible. Even with the end of one of my eyebrows not having a lot of hair she can accomplish what I want. Do NOT get eyebrow threading at the Fashion Square Mall or Downtown Mall. I made this mistake when I first moved to Charlottesville two years ago. Make an appointment with Palvi first! As a result of a bad eyebrow experience, it prompted me to grow my eyebrows. Didn't tweeze, wax or thread for almost two years! I had full eyebrows when I had them done with Palvi, she cleaned 'em up, shaped and kept it thick. I also have to mention that my face has a significant asymmetry, but now that my eyebrows are even! My facial asymmetry is less noticeable! I called Fatima panicked late at night (Tuesday) and as if by a miracle she picked up and squeezed me in the next day (Wednesday) assuring me that every bride should feel beautiful on her special day.
