I decided to book an appointment for a Farmhouse Facial, which uses natural products. They sent email and text reminders for my appointment, and they called me beforehand for details that I didn't share on my initial request. When I walked in, Merari was so sweet and warmly greeted me. She had me fill out several paperwork forms and asked if I wanted anything to drink. She brought out a glass of wine for me, and when I finished, she took me to the room where my facial would be. It was a pink room with soft lights and a warmed table with blankets. She had me change into a robe and put a headband around my forehead to push the hair back. Then, for the next 60 minutes I was pampered. She asked about my skin concerns, problems I wanted to fix, what I currently used, and small talk. I felt relaxed, at ease, and comfortable with her. She was gentle with my face and explained some of the products she was using. At the end, my face felt so good and cleared. I changed back into my clothes and walked out front. She explained what she used on me and offered different products to buy based on what I'm trying to fix with my skin. I picked out a Dermalogica exfoliant to help with brightening my face, and it was 20% off for the month of March. She booked my next appointment for me in 4 weeks, and she threw in samples to try as well. I had such a great visit and am looking forward to my next visit and regular visits to come!

Since becoming her client, my complexion has improved tremendously, and I haven't experienced the breakouts I was struggling with before. What I appreciate most about Taylor is that she doesn't just provide an amazing facial--she takes the time to educate me on my skin and recommends products and a routine to help me maintain my results between visits. Her advice and recommendations have been spot on, and I've truly seen the difference. On top of being incredibly knowledgeable, she is genuinely kind, generous, and makes every appointment such an enjoyable experience. I also see Catherine for Botox, and she is equally fantastic! She is extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful with her application, and I've been so impressed with how natural my results look and how long my Botox lasts. The level of knowledge, personalized care, kindness, and service I've received at Fountain of Youth Spa is exactly why I've become such a loyal customer--and why I'll continue to be one. I wholeheartedly recommend Taylor and Catherine to anyone looking for people they can truly trust with their skin and aesthetic care!

Maybe she's got good karma with the lash gods, or maybe (and more likely) she's just an amazing artist. Not only is Christina incredibly talented, she's extremely kind and compassionate. My visits with her are therapeutic. I leave PB lash feeling better than ever, and my lashes are unbelievably gorgeous. SIDE NOTE- If you have sensitive skin and are looking for a wax 10/10 recommend. I have never left a wax without red bumps appearing 1-2 days later. With Christina, zero irritation. Literally none. Knowing I'm a sensitive client, post wax, she used a pulsating machine to clean and close my open pores - immediately after and days to follow, no bumps, no redness, nothing. I was ecstatic! We've visited Ruby Nails multiple times over the years, but after another enjoyable experience, it…read morefelt like time to finally leave a review. This visit was a summer Monday morning outing with my sister-in-law, daughter, husband, and me. We stopped in without an appointment and were seated in less than five minutes. We've also visited on busier Saturdays with appointments and have had good experiences then as well. While our feet soaked, we were offered water, wine, or soda. It's a small touch, but one that always makes the experience feel a little more welcoming and relaxing. All four of us chose the Deluxe Pedicure ($36), which is only $6 more than the Classic ($30). The Deluxe includes a drink, an exfoliating scrub, lotion, and hot towel wrap. They also offer additional upgraded pedicures with extras like hot stones, but the Deluxe feels like a great value and is usually our choice. My technician was attentive and professional. I especially appreciated that he asked permission before using the callus remover rather than just assuming. He was friendly without being overly chatty, which was perfect because part of the reason for this outing was spending time catching up with family. The salon appeared clean and well maintained. They use disposable liners in the pedicure tubs, and overall it felt cleaner than many nail salons we've visited. One fun detail from the day: my husband picked his polish color first, and I ended up liking it enough to choose the same one. I wasn't expecting to leave with matching toes, but here we are! The only minor issue was that my polish application wasn't quite as smooth as I would have liked. It isn't noticeable unless I'm looking closely, but it did seem a bit thicker than ideal. The polish on the other members of our group looked perfectly smooth, so it may have simply been an isolated occurrence and I think the issue was the polish and not the nail tech. For three Deluxe pedicures, our total was $108 before tip. We never felt rushed, the services matched what was advertised on the menu, and we left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Consistently good service, short wait times, a clean environment, and a relaxing experience keep us coming back. We'll definitely return.
