Never gave me a choice of colors to look at. He just asked what color I wanted. I told him a sheer light pink and he gave me more of a peach or coral color which I couldn't tell until I got outside. Still didn't show me any colors so I said just give me something close to what I came in with. I sat down with a tech who told me she could do the checkered design (pictured) and was comfortable. She helped me pick the two colors and got started. During the filing process she made my cuticles bleed on three fingers. She did apologize, but the appointment only got more uncomfortable from there. When she pulled out the plastic tips to put on my nails for the set, she made a comment that my nails are too small and that she would have to trim down the tips. She then took small scissors and cut both sides of the plastic tip off and glued them onto my nails. There was no curve to them, they were very rectangular. She attempted the design twice before insisting it did not look good and told me that I needed to choose a new color. I told her I liked the design, she told me she felt it was not pronounced enough and insisted we use black. I told her that I didn't like black, it was just too dark for me but after her persistence I agreed to try it. She created the look with the black in place and then outlined in white. I thought it looked nice and was not upset at all about it afterward. When washing my hands at home after the visit I realized that all of the nails were very jumpy and had bubbles in them. My pinkie on my left hand was completely warped and basically flat because of the way she trimmed the tip. I had no time to go back and after that experience I truly didn't want to. I ended up going to another salon, which looked at my nails and before I could even tell them what happened, they told me that the nails I had needed total reforming and fixing before I could get a fill. When I told them what was done, they were in total shock. This could have been a fluke, maybe she was new or overwhelmed but I will not be returning.

She also made a few of my fingers bleed and some of my toes bleed with how rough she was going. She also finished my entire gel manicure in less than 15 minutes. Since then a nail falls off almost every week or they get chipped and aren't shaped right (i honestly didn't notice at first with the shape) I came back for a fill (new nail) and a pedicure and what a mistake ! My nail beds on my toes started bleeding and she filled my toe down so much it was in pain literally just take the toe nail atp. The nails aren't painted well and I just had another nail chip . The inside is absolutely beautiful and the girls are so nice customer service is tip tier and that's why I'm giving 2 stars , you get a free beverage and there is never a wait but I don't think I can come here anymore it's just too many visits in the last few weeks I haven't gone a week without a nail coming off and I haven't an office job .
