This is not the proper way to treat a new customer which I clearly stated on the phone when I made my appointment. I am new in town and this was a really unpleasant experience.

Using "UNIQUE" in the name is THE message. UNIQUE it is - in all the best ways imaginable. Their is a warmth and comfort when you walk in the door.
