She is…read moreabsolutely amazing, a master at her craft and truly cares about making her clients feel and look their best. I can not say enough good things about her. After booking the appointment Hillary reached out asking if I had any hair inspiration photos and she listened to all of my likes and dislikes and came up with the perfect color recommendation for balayage. I haven't done anything with my hair besides basic trims for over 10 years and she was the perfect person to help guide me through a bigger change that I've been wanting. I love my new cut and color and will definitely be going back to her in the future. My 4 year old niece also came with me for a haircut with Sara who was wonderful as well. My niece was a little scared about getting her hair shampooed but Sara was so patient and careful and my niece can't stop talking about her trip to the salon.

The lady was drying the customer's hair and waited just a few minutes to inform me that I was too late and they are booked back to back (mind it, she was not just sitting there waiting for me, she had someone in the chair). There was a second worker there sitting with no customers. There was no offer to re-book appointment even though I was late by a few minutes. This is not the proper way to treat a new customer which I clearly stated on the phone when I made my appointment. I am new in town and this was a really unpleasant experience.

My stylist is Julie, yes the owner, and what a beautiful (talented) humble soul. I'm in my sixties and have had good and bad cuts and color, I'm sure everyone can relate. I can genuinely tell you I was thrilled, grateful and pleased with my cut and color. My only regret is that I don't live here full time and will be going back home. I am HOPEFUL, my stylist at home can recreate Julie's "handy work". Don't hesitate to go to Julie's, you will leave looking great and feeling great. FYI: ALL of the stylists are amazing.
