Unfortunately, you find a great hair stylist but when you make your next appointment, they have already left the place and you are having to take a chance on a different person. Unfortunately, I've had my share of bad haircuts with this method so I'm tired of trying to find a good haircut there. Interesting that their good people leave the shops so quickly. read more

This is the worst salon I've been to in a long time. The staff is very unfriendly. The prices are that of a high-end salon. They are definitely not high end. They ignore you and don't even look your way. The management is awful. If you're a new stylist looking for a job I would recommend going someplace else. I've debated for several months to write a review, my hair is finally almost back to a healthy state and I've decided to get on here to warn others. I went in a week before having my now six month old baby, was so excited to have my hair done and get a little spa day in to make me feel good. I had been doing my hair myself and it was very healthy however my roots were very dark so I basically wanted everything shaded together, I told my colorist (Liz) exactly what I had done to my hair prior and she was not concerned . She bleached my hair and caused soooo much breakage I still have parts of my hair that are only about 6 inches long due to the severity of breakage, I didn't notice how horrendous it was until I got to my car and broke down and cried. She absolutely butchered my hair. She also asked if I wanted face framing bangs with my cut, I said yes but not too short. She cut them up to about 4 inches from my scalp . Not only did she cause so much damage to my hair but it looked awful, there's was patches of bleach blonde my roots were still very much dark and a very bold line. Please save yourself the money and headache and go somewhere else!! I paid a quality fee for the worst hair color I've ever had I will see if I still have a photo of it to add. read more

I simply love Casey at the Park View Commons salon. She is amazing, takes her time, listens to what I want, and gives the absolute best scalp massage with the tea tree shampoo treatment. Honestly, I could not ask for a better stylist. read more

They will try to pull a fast one on you. Tell you your shoulder length hair is to thick and charge you twice the price. Buyer beware.

This place is a real joke. I decided to give them another shot after my last review and boy was that a wrong choice. I made appointments (yes 2 appointments one for my son and husband) and as soon as we walk in they tell us they are running late I'm like ok how long and was told 20 mins ok no big deal. I waited 30 mins and asked how much longer it would be and was told by the stylist I made the appointment with I'm am still cutting and still have to blow dry so it like another 30 mins. I got up and asked if I could reschedule for the same day as I had another appointment for this day and was told the best they could do would be 4:30 and the appointment was for 12:30. No one said they were sorry or anything they let me walk out of the store like it was nothing. They really don't care about there clients or the ones they lose. This place has the worst customer service ever. Don't waste you time there go anywhere else!!!!! read more

The stylist that was assigned to me was new. When I got home I realized that there was dark color on the back of my new shirt which I reported & they did refund the $20.00 which helped but could not find the same shirt, so I purchased one that was similar. I thought that they were overpriced ($100.00) including the tip ($20.00). I would not go there again. read more

Great place to get your hair cut and styled. However, if you're looking to get your hair colored, you may be best to seek elsewhere. Every time I get my hair colored, it is comes out a different color than preferred. It's very expensive and they will talk you into highlights which always turn out red (not the preferred look.). However, if you don't opt for the highlights, then you end up with "black" hair which is very harsh on a 53 year old woman's face whose facial skin is very light in appearance. Always satisfied with the cut and style but never satisfied with the color, which usually only last about 4 weeks. My boyfriend's response to my new look was , "Well, you don't look hideous!" The stylist's response to the black color is that it will get lighter after a few washes. read more

The first time I was there, a girl named Rachel sat in the chair beside mine and ate potato chips while snorting like she was sick. When i asked her to eat in her break room because i didn't want to get sick, she began arguing with me, and finally went to the break room in back. However, I really appreciate the skill of Leah, Master Stylist, who did an exceptional job on my hair. I called back to make my second appt, but Rachel answered and hung up on me after I asked her to stop interrupting. I never got to tell her my hair requires extra time, she was very rude, and hung up on me. WHY does this person still work there? It brings the place down. read more

i took my daughter to get her highlights touch up and the lady that sits when you walk in to the left first seat looks either white or Spanish did my daughter s hair , she charged 200 dollars for the whole head touch up and on top of that left the top middle of her head black no highlights, I recommend if anyone goes for highlights don't go to her shes horrible and expensive read more

Summer butchered my waist length hair. I asked her to trim an inch and feather the top that had grown out. She showed me an inch and i said yes. She washed my hair and we went back to the chair. She jacked the chair up to cut the back. Then she started to cut the top. Not a difficult haircut. I relaxed and closed my eyes. She's talking to the all the other stylist and at one point I said all that snipping is making me nervous. She answered that she was just evening up the layer and not to worry, I still had my long hair. I never looked when she was done. I have 4 herniated disks in my neck, I was in pain and I just wanted to go home. Also, I had just picked up the cremated remains of my 19 year old parrot. I got home, took some medication and crawled into bed. The next morning I go to braid my hair and it's gone! I have a long shag! 10's gone to a point, 12"s to the side and 18"s to a short layer on top is gone! Five years of my life gone! and she lies and says I asked for it! She wasn't paying attention. She's one of those stylist that sees long hair and has to cut it! She cut off all my hair! I've been in tears since. read more

Because I can't give a zero. My son had his hair "cut" yesterday at this location. The stylist was so incompetent, he went back in 3!!! times and she still couldn't figure out how to cut his hair. Which is very easy and straight. I understand that this is where new stylists get experience but is woman appeared to be unfamiliar with the concept of scissors. Save your time and money. I walked into this salon to get a root touch up what I got was a root touch up a protein treatment and a hair cut! Now I was told beforehand the price of 179.00 and I will say I agreed to this what blew me away was she did not blow out my hair instead she just blew it enough to get the water out making my hair all frizzy and curly! This is all ok I was told up front the price the hairstylist even told me it would be 15.00 dollars for a proper style which in all fairness I declined!!! But.....and I repeat But....the owner of these Hair Cutteries should Never ever let a client walk out like I did after paying what I paid!!!! It's all about the money at these salons they charge you for every little thing NO customer service! You see it is a one owner corporation and I am sure he trains these hair stylist to get all they can from their customers!!!!!
