The results of careless & rushed worked by nail tech, Andy. When I was unhappy with the color-instead of starting over, he simply painted over the original color. I would have gladly paid the the fix since it was my error in color choice, but he never offered or explained anything. He simply painted over my powder dips with a gel polish. Less than 24 hours later, my paint is chipped. In addition, the darker grey is obvious at my cuticles and it makes my nails look dirty. Very unhappy customer. So I went Friday night about an hour and a half before closing. I just wanted a dip manicure with chrome on top. It was fairly busy, but the atmosphere didn't feel rushed. However, my nail tech immediately gave the impression that he was in a hurry. I've been getting dip manicures for about three years, and I've never had it done as quick as this time. I had to ask him more than three times to file my nails down; I didn't want them very long, and I told him that. The manicure itself wasn't too bad until he put the chrome on. It was green. I showed him a picture beforehand of what I wanted, which was not green but an iridescent, beige color, and the chrome color that he put on was green. He then proceeded to keep saying that his work looked just like the picture that I showed him, which it certainly did not. By that point, I just wanted to get out of there so I cashed out and tipped. I am usually a decent tipper, and I gave him at least 15%. I then gave my experience on a survey that they asked me to do online. I texted the number that they gave me, asking if I could get the chrome color off, and they did not reply. So I went to another nail place, and they were not only able to get the chrome color off, but redid the dip base and filed down my nails. The tech even told me that there was dip chemicals on my skin, which happened at noire. I'm sorry to say that I will not be returning to noire after this experience. read more

I was greeted quickly by the front desk and was sat down by Andy. He made sure to get the shape correct and he made sure that I was happy through the process. I don't know who the people are going to that share the pictures of the gorgeous nails, but I have gone to Tina, Kelvin, and Helen, and only have had Pinterest Fails. Tina gave me a huge rhinestone that was off center on my middle finger. She also gave me see-through nails with stars, which would have been kind of cool, had she cut my natural nail down So it didn't show through the acrylic. Kelvin doesn't do nail art at all. He did my friends toes with a very simple design and had to redo the big toe on her one foot three times because the design sizing was so different from her other foot. And he told her that he didn't do rhinestones at all. When I went in, I still had the rhinestones on from Tina and told him I wanted something similar, But not the big one that was off center. He didn't tell me he didn't do the rhinestones, he just took my rhinestones off and then when I was done and expecting him to add them, that's when he told me he didn't do them. Had he told me up front I would have asked for somebody else. Oh, he also charged my friend extra for shaping her nails! Isn't shaping part of getting your nails done? It's not like she asked for stiletto nails or anything. I gave Helen my own nail polish and told her I like shiny, and she gave me a matte top coat so it didn't match my shiny toes at all! Plus Helen charged me extra for long nails which neither Tina nor Kelvin did. Along with Helen giving me a matte finish, she had shiny glue dots all over the nails, so totally stuck out as the areas where she missed getting rhinestone on. Seriously looking like a Pinterest fail. When I went back in to ask for a shiny top coat, there was no apology, just gruffness that she had to add a top coat. All three left my nails bumpy, definitely not smooth at all. I'm going somewhere else to have the rhinestones that look like they just fell out of the container onto my nails redone.
