Matched the photo so well!! I was very impressed. My pedicure however was not relaxing at all unfortunately.. my tech was kind of spazzy and moved way too fast. My toes looked great but the massage etc was just a waste. Won't get another pedicure by that tech Editing after several years of this being my primary salon.. my last experience unfortunately resulted in the owner Alex kind of arguing with me about my fill on my pink and white ombre nails's even though I've been to manyyyy other places where what I was asking has never been an issue. I wasn't rude or mean.. just simply expressed I wasn't happy.. as a result I branched out to try a new place. This week I attempted to go back as I wanted a design I know Alex does well in but after trying to make an appt Friday then Saturday and was told he was booked attempted to be a walk in today, was told Alex didn't come until later.. I decided the hassle wasn't worth it and just won't be back. I'd rather have a place I don't have to settle with what I want done anyways so alls well that ends well. Wouldn't recommend

We booked two appointments at the same time. While in the waiting room, our two masseuses came out to get us. We asked if we could be in the same room. We didn't know there would be a Suprise Upcharge. Yes, we have had couples massages many times over the years. But we got charged a good deal more even though there was nothing special about this. Also, my masseuse was really just rubbing me. She said let me know if you want me to dig deeper. I said yes. After all, I went for a massage, not a rubbing. There was an another Surprise Upcharge! They never mentioned any upcharges at any time. So, we wound up spending $50 more. This is a very sneaky way to do business and we won't be going back.

So even if I wanted to call and speak with someone to reschedule, they weren't open yet. They intentionally cancelled my appointment when I wouldn't be able to speak with anyone.
