Got off to a bad start when we were told, "don't put your feet in the water" only to find out their hot water heater wasn't working so they were using an electric teapot to warm the water. I needed a pedi and this place took walk ins. It's in a run down strip mall. Upon entering there were several ladies waiting for nail and eyelash appointments. I was seated almost immediately and the technician assigned to me did not speak English. She also had a frown on her face and definitely was not happy. A guy that was doing Nails was translating to her supposedly but she definitely didn't understand. They kept trying to get me to upgrade my pedicure. I went with the $45 pedicure that included everything I needed plus premium fragrance water and lotions. First off the water was cold. I tried to tell her and it's still only ended up lukewarm. I asked that my nails be squared off and ended up with rounded nails. The stuff they put in the water did not have a smell whatsoever neither did the lotion. I received no massage just exfoliation that almost hurt. She wanted to use a cheese grater and I had to tell her no. I didn't even have calluses. She only applied one coat of polish so you could see through it in areas and it was streaked. $45 for a 20 minute no massage pedicure redo is ridiculous. I would definitely never be a patron at this establishment again with all the other wonderful nail salons out there. read more

After reading the reviews, I thought I would give them a try with a simple manicure. It was okay, not close to being perfect. The tech did not speak a stitch of English, so I was worried what I was going to get. For $25.00, I guess I expected a little more. The thing I was most concerned with, and the main reason I will not return is the cleanliness of the shop. It is cluttered and unkept. Thanks for trying. read more

My first experience here was not great. But ever since then I have been going here (I tried another place and it was even worse.) They recently upgraded their massage seats so it is much more pleasant. If I still lived in the area I would continue to go there! read more

Amazing work and they make sure their customers are happy w the results. I've had Victoria several times and she's amazing!

Not really impressed. Place isn't that clean (see picture of sticky chair). Prices are average. Service was ok. Two girls spent most of their time bickering about another employee. The one was in a lot of pain (you could tell) so slow moving. They were very nice. But less bickering in front of customers would have been better. Also the pedicure service wasn't the greatest. This is my absolute favorite place to get my nails done. The staff is so friendly and willing to make sure you are happy with their services. Their pedicures are superb and the manicures I have never had a nail chip or break since I have been going here. I would highly recommend this salon. Guy was on his phone entire time, so distracted, he wouldn't even notice customers walking in. Nail tech who did my nails wasn't interactive at all and at times wouldn't respond to me when I asked her questions. I was told one price for a service then another price but it seemed like they were trying to get over, being that it was slow and I was a new face. Prices are high for simple services. DON'T GO THERE. Called ahead and was told a normal pedicure was $26. When I went in there was a sign saying a pedicure was $26. When I went to pay I was told the pedicure would be $31 because I had calluses on my feet. The guy who owns the place argued with me in front of other customers, in a very loud voice. I ended up paying the $31, but will never go there again. The place was not clean - towels, junk on the floor. There are so many nice places to go. read more
