My biggest complaint is that I've…read morenoticed every time I go there they are playing "shoot-em-up" movies on the big screens. 1) I go to get my nails done to relax - not to watch people get shot and die on screen. 2) My daughter likes to come with me sometimes - so I have to ask them to change the movie - which they do but only after giving me a snarky look. I should have known when there were no customers to keep walking. There was a man and a lady and when I approached, they both acted as if I was intruding. Again, I should have kept walking. The lady insisted I do the towel and massage option and so I did. She spent very little time on my nails and was very aggressive which I really didn't mind. However, again I got the impression she was in a real hurry. She was offended when I asked for my nails to be shorter and really got aggressive. First was the pedicure which was typical but the nail portion rushed. She indicated buffing was an extra cost. She left little skin pieces and pieces of cuticles attached. When it came time for the manicure, she left me in the pedicure chair attempting to complete quickly. I had so much oil residue on my skin it was difficult to get my shoes back on. To top it off, nail clippings from my fingers had fallen in my shoes. Needless to say, I'm still on a quest to find an establishment that gives a great male manicure and pedicure.

This may not be the case for all customers, but this was my experience. The last couple of times, my nail service was very rushed; my nails were thick; and the polishing was not smooth. I stopped going and chose to visit Orlando salons that have great customer service and skills. Yet, I was in the Leesburg area and decided to give this salon one more try. Typically my rating would be at least a 3 star for average service, because the finished product is not horrible. However, my visit today - 3/31/22 - was unsettling. I think it is unethical to double charge a client for a service they did not ask for (even after providing clarity). I won't argue over an issue that is done; however, I won't be giving this place another try.
