Tried them twice, poor quality manicure/pedicures (polish not uniform, didn't cover entire nail(s)). Seemed very rushed. Will not be back

Very satisfied with the pedicure I received. Very clean and relaxing experience. I need someone gentle and my lady was.

Our appointment was for 10:30 and we waited for at least 40 minutes. And my pedicure looked not very good . It was nice inside the place but that was the only good thing. Will not go back . And this is the first time I have ever given a business a review , ever . I just want people to know what they are gonna be spending their money on. read more

I had the $30.00 pedicure and an overlay but my credit card was charged $80.00 plus I left a $10.00 tip. I will think twice before returning for such over priced services. read more

Walked in, on a stormy Saturday. Sign says "walk in's welcome". I never do walk in but I was desperate and willing to take a chance. There was nobody waiting in the chairs by the door, but several people in pedicure chairs without being worked on. They immediately asked what I needed and told me a 30 minute wait. I said ok and they asked my name. I sat there for 40 minutes. 3 others came in with appointments and were immediately seated (but not started). I finally gave up and walked out. They had 5-6 workers but clearly didn't need my business. I would have liked at least acknowledgement of what my eta was. Not even a good-bye. I won't be back. read more

An acquaintance recommended this boutique to me. I went in for a pedicure around noon. I was greeted immediately upon entering the building and was immediately seated. This location was clean, spacious, well lit, and there were plastic barriers between the technicians and customers. There was not a strong odor of chemicals (one of my pet peeves). I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Kim. She was very cordial, attentive to detail, and address my toe design request. It made me smile when from time to time she would give a "little shimmy" when there was a catchy song on the radio. Also, Ms. Kim did an awesome job on arching my eyebrows. Now for the bad news, I recommended this business to my relative. She came in later today for a pedicure. Unfortunately, her technician wasn't as through and personable as Ms. Kim. She described "his" attitude as if he didn't want to be there and didn't do a good job. However, Ms. Kim was servicing another client close by and my relative observed her good work. Was a regular customer and came twice a month regularly, until one day the owner told me not to keep choosing the nail technician that I was satisfied with with and to give random other employees that she had to give them a chance. I honestly understand that however the way she went about it was unprofessional. If you have a hairdresser you like and does a good job would you like to take a chance and try someone else?? I went there over a year religiously until she unprofessionally approached me and said that my short nails gel polish manicure can do just as good as anyone of her employees... seriously that is So Not True... I'm not a snow bird or a vacationer,one should treat regular customers with more respect. Now I try any salon and realize if I'm a new customer to any nail salon they go out of their way to please. My advice is not to go to the same nail salon every time and try several, there a dime a dozen... if you go to the same one all the time you'll see after a while your nails or feet don't no way look as good as they did when you first started going there... I'm sorry but I came in with my sister to get acrylie nails done. It was a great place but the nail tech I got absolutely rushed through getting my nails done. I showed her a picture of what I wanted done (cow print) and instead of getting the square nails, which it shown on the picture instead I told her I wanted to do coffin. It told her 45 minutes to get done with my nails just to have them all to have different shaped and not fully painted. Like I love the design and all but if I'm going to pay $60 for a full set then they should all be the same shape and sized correctly. My sisters nails took 2hrs and looked amazing all the same shape, nails fully covered, beautiful design. I wish I stuck with the place I normally go to instead of trying a new place. I have been here 4 times but today was the worst. I asked for someone easy and gentle and he was informed in vietnamese language and understood but when he started harsh scrubbing and combined a leg massage with scrub across toes I could not contain myself and yelled STOP! He laughed. Didn;t talk. entire time only would hit my foot or leg gesturing. At end he walks away and sits on massage chair plays with phone. I told owner how lazy he is and I didn't like him. Definitely recommend this salon. Haley is my go to but you can't go wrong with any of the techs. Clean salon with no heavy chemical smells.

Second time I've been to this Salon. I had an appt both times. I had to wait over half an hour for services to begin. then I was the one waiting while people who came in after me began receiving services. I felt like I didn't matter and was the token "she can wait". I noticed when phone was answered for appts they weren't written down or a conversation was carried on making me wait longer.
