Then turned away 10m late with fingers waving and phone literally SHOVED IN MY FACE so that I had to physically lean back, to apparently show me my appt time. Unkempt, large, nasty woman refused to give name, just said talk to Angela. Aggressive, rude human. Glad she didn't touch me after all. Don't waste your time. And I read now that many have the exact same experience and they're dirty and unsanitary.

When my wax girl left town, I thought I would have to go to Orlando to get waxed. I dreaded it…read more Fortunately, I ended up going to a business in the same plaza as Wax Me so I looked them up on Yelp and decided to get it a go. Trina scheduled my appointment and took care of me. I was so pleased with the cleanliness, professionalism and results that I booked an additional appointment for another area two days later. That experience was equally satisfying. I would recommend Trina to anyone looking for a trustworthy person. The prices are reasonable. The employees are knowledgeable and professional. And as a bonus, the wax was great. Sounds weird but if you get waxed regularly you know quality wax goes a long way. Finally, while at my latest appointment, I found out that Trina also does facials so I think I'll book a facial sometime soon too!

Vicki Millar is amazing at what she does and uses high quality products!…read more I had my eyebrows tattooed in 2015(plus a 6 week touch up that is included in the service) by Mrs. Vicki. It is now 2021 and my brows are just now needing to be retouched! I have also used Wax me and more for other services such as threading of the brows and body waxes, her spa is clean, calming and very professional (which is exactly what you want when having any kind of body waxing done). I would give Wax me and more 10 stars if I could, I highly recommend Vicki Millar.

OMG! Such a LOVELY experience. I'm new to this area, and this was my 3rd attempt at finding a great…read moresalon. We moved here from Atlanta where there is a plethora of great, high end salons. I admit, I'm picky, but if I'm willing to pay for quality work and a relaxing afternoon, I'm allowed to be! Nina was my nail tech. She was absolutely amazing! My nails, toes, and eyebrows are 100% on point! Victoria who is an upper class, elevated concierge, was so pleasant on the phone, and fit me in, is lovely as well. Hey! Free wine, coffee, sodas or bottled water make it even better! I've found my salon! 30% off on your first visit is an excellent reason to give them a try! Immaculately clean as well!

I had booked a back waxing…read moresession because I hate the back hair, I was tired of having to get my wife to shave it and wanted to try something different. Kaylee was amazing and very nice and super helpful. She also made me feel very comfortable and warned me which areas of the back might be sensitive ahead of pulling. I also wasn't sure if I wanted to try the wax or sugar so she tried both and while both were fine, I continued with the sugaring. Booking the appointment was super easy and convenient and the place is very nice and welcoming. I will for sure be back and looking forward to my next session.

I looked at my credit card bill today and the price increased over last month with no notice. When I called to cancel, I was told you have to email the member email and wait a month. If you get charged again then you can come in one last time. WHAT? Looked at the website and there is NOTHING in their Terms and Conditions or anywhere on the site as to how to cancel. Called the corporate office in Jacksonville and was told again that email is the only way. There is only one person who handles the cancellations and he doesn't have her phone number. She calls him directly but he can't call her. This is the most ridiculous way to handle cancellations I have ever heard of. Great gatekeeping.
