At the time of payment I was advised the the 21% fee added on was considered a "resort fee" of which nothing was allocated to the technicians providing service and I was asked if I wanted to add a gratitude. What was viewed as a day of moderate to high services turned into very pricey services. Not sure if I would return due to the excessive fees when not even a resort guest.

When you walk-in you're greeted by the receptionists, who were very friendly and welcoming. At the spa, they use and sell Farmhouse Fresh organic products. If you've never tried them, you're in for a treat. In the ladies area, they have lounge chairs with blankets, and provide a beverage of your choice, such as water, mimosa, red or white wine. They also have a steam room available for use. Decently sized. I did not use it. We did a couples massage, deep tissue. My therapist was Lissette, her pressure was excellent and her technique was equally excellent. Before and after they provide an aromatherapy experience accompanied by a series of three deep breaths. It was invigorating, refreshing, and relaxing. If you have an opportunity to have service here I'd highly recommend it. Pricing includes 21% service charge, additional gratuity is welcome for superior service.

I went in yesterday at 5:30 did a basic pedi (perfectly done) & then a mani. I usually have press ons because it's more affordable & I can grow out my nails. I just had soaked off and removed a set & my nails had a little residual glue & were fairly brittle but my cuticles were nice & well kept.... The woman who did them was in a rush & I was told it's her birthday so I was like okay totally fine like let's get you home to your family! She was looking around not paying attention & cut my cuticles/nail walls so badly I was bleeding. The polish was overflown, uneven & she skipped a coat on one hand. I didn't make a fuss bc I didn't want her to get in trouble especially on her birthday but wow they were awful & my fingers are still throbbing. I came in to get them fixed & had to do tips bc of how filed down they were & was charged 20 to do dip & extensions but I only did dip & extensions bc of the nubs & overly filed/uneven nails. It was quite painful getting them redone & she did glitter for free which is nice but personally if I hurt someone that much I wouldn't be charging a dime & would apologize. The woman who did my nails last night stood next to her the whole time & they were chatting which was uncomfortable in my opinion she also didn't apologize once& they chuckled whenever I winced or pulled my hand back out of pain. Would not go here again. My bf said to keep my nails done in anticipation of proposing soon & I really hope it's not this week:/ (light pink is last night & white is today & French is before) oh cherry on top I paid 55 plus 20% tip for this set!
