Urgent Care just gave me steroids and muscle relaxers. That helped for a while, but I never got my full range of motion back - until Colleen worked on it. I can't tell it was ever injured now! She has since been working on my many scars. I can tell a noticeable difference. Due to their size and age, it's going to take a few treatments to fully undo the problems they cause. Upon arrival, staff claimed the certificate was "too old," blamed system changes, questioned me about my daughter who gifted it, and delayed my scheduled service. After the service, the gift certificate was refused, referred to as a "coupon," and discussed loudly in front of other customers. Instead, we were offered only a 20% discount as a substitute, forcing us to pay again for a service that had already been paid for. I was a long-time customer but will not return due to the lack of professionalism and failure to honor their stated policy.

It was wide, cushy, and had enough space to put my purse, phone and items. What really stood out to me was Misa's attention to detail and genuine care for my well-being.
