Give her 2 sessions... and be patient with yourself. I came in there with a smashed disk from a faulty gym machine, sciatica pain, and shoulder+neck pain from working on the computer all day. On session number 3, my sciatica pain was gone, by session 4 i wasn't feeling any neck pain anymore, or waking up blocked. When I started coming, i felt a sharp pain between my mid back vertebre, that gave me headaches and sometimes made me nauseous. I've been seeing Colleen since August 2019. I was in a car accident December 2018 that left me with herniated discs and terrible sciatica. Some days were excruciating to get through. The first week in therapy was the most difficult as my body adjusted to the new technique. Each subsequent visit has gotten easier and my body is beginning to heal itself! Over the years, I have had over 50 plus massages, and most of them didn't help much with my pain levels.
