While the owner does make a lot of the items herself, a lot are from local herbalist and artist. So this is a one stop shop - buy your herbal supplies, get yourself a couple of products to support your body, and buy some gifts! I will not come to Clermont again without visiting this place. Smile, you're on candid camera! Lol The cabin is large enough to display the products they are selling. It is all self-service and you can pay via cash, Zelle or other cash-based apps. You will find QR codes for each payment app. They had 3 different types of raw honey. All the larger sizes above 8 oz were out so you just a bit more for the equivalent in smaller sizes (16 oz vs 2 - 8 oz jars). There was individual pricing for honey sticks which would've been great which to try but they only had packages of 100 sticks available. We got there around noon on a Saturday and noticed they were out of the sourdough and banana bread. Not sure if it is even stocked on a daily basis though. Pricing was very reasonable. It's nice to know that it is all very fresh from their own farm. You'll notice many more cameras on the outside when you walk back to your car. I'm sure they had to do this due to some jerks ruining the ambiance for everyone else. Either way, it's still a cool place to check out.

I may be mentally comparing it to other wellness spas I've visited, but the communication around the membership also wasn't very proactive. When I initially called to start the membership, not much information was shared about pricing or the process. After my appointment, I noticed another tablet displaying total charges that were much higher than what I expected. I was told to disregard those numbers with no explanation of the additional cost verbally requested until I asked. I mentioned that I had a membership, but I was still initially charged the higher rate. Additionally, there wasn't an offer to help schedule my next appointment, which I've typically experienced at other similar businesses. That said, the quality of the massage was great, so I'm willing to give this location another try. It was also a Saturday, so perhaps they were busier than usual.
