I was so dissapointed. I had a terrible massage from Jennifer. I read a positive review on here…read more(from Michelle S.) and many more on Google and she sounded amazing! I love when massage therapists are intuitive and can truly bring relief. Jennifer's biography says she uses many different styles to cater to the needs of the client. Was Jennifer having a bad day? For whatever reason, Jennifer did not tailor to my needs whatsoever. She gave me a very generic massage. I told her some of my tight spots and she addressed none of them. I had a terrible headache when I walked into her office and had the same terrible headache when I left. It's upsetting to pay $100+ to receive NO relief. I have to say her bedside manner was not very friendly either. She didn't introduce herself and there was awkward silence during the session. I would not recommend.

I highly recommend Lisa at this location. She was amazing.

I recently visited Clermont Herb Shop and Spa for a one-hour massage with my partner. The check-in…read moreprocess was quick and easy, but upon entering, the establishment's setting raised concerns. Housed in a converted home, the massage room had a mildew smell, and the equipment was subpar, with a broken table and an improvised head frame causing discomfort. The awkward intake involved the therapist asking about what my body was telling me, without clear focus on pressure preferences. The massage itself was disappointingly more of a light rubdown than a proper massage, with minimal pressure, resembling a family member's attempt at a neck massage. The therapist incorporated sound bowls, though lacking the proper equipment for an effective sound bath. The session abruptly concluded with a discussion about my body's rotation, leaving me to change on my own. The positive note was the reasonable price, although still overpriced for the service. Overall, the experience fell short, highlighting the need for better therapist vetting, standardized procedures, and more comprehensive training to align with advertised services. The visit felt more like a meditation stretch than a massage, leading to a regrettable and misleading experience. Best of luck to this business, hope things can get better!

From start to finish, the experience was incredibly smooth. The online booking process was super easy and straightforward, and when I arrived, check-in was quick, easy, and welcoming. The lobby immediately sets a calming tone with its cool-toned colors, cozy atmosphere, and beverage station. I also loved browsing the selection of at-home wellness products available for purchase -- a nice touch for anyone wanting to extend that spa-like feeling at home. The staff was kind, courteous, and helpful, clearly explaining the float process from start to finish, including what to expect before, during, and after the session. If you've never tried flotation therapy before (also known as sensory deprivation or REST -- Restricted Environmental Stimulation Technique), it's a unique experience where you float in a pod of warm water filled with a high concentration of Epsom salts. The result is a near-zero gravity feeling that can help with stress relief, pain management, improved circulation, and deep relaxation. I booked a session hoping it would help with some persistent neck and shoulder tension -- and it absolutely did. During the float, I was finally able to stretch areas I hadn't been able to move in weeks. I walked out feeling lighter, looser, and already planning my next visit. Highly recommend for anyone looking to treat themselves to a unique, restorative wellness experience.

I recently visited this spa and had a bit of a mixed experience. The massage itself was excellent,…read moremy therapist did a great job and I left feeling relaxed and physically much better, which is ultimately the most important part of the visit. Hence the four stars. However, the front office and overall check-in/check-out process felt rushed and somewhat unorganized. I was asked to arrive early, but when I got there there were no intake forms to complete. There was a tablet displayed for sign-in, but instead of using it I was asked for my name and then told to manually sign in on a clipboard. The process just felt a bit inconsistent. I may be mentally comparing it to other wellness spas I've visited, but the communication around the membership also wasn't very proactive. When I initially called to start the membership, not much information was shared about pricing or the process. After my appointment, I noticed another tablet displaying total charges that were much higher than what I expected. I was told to disregard those numbers with no explanation of the additional cost verbally requested until I asked. I mentioned that I had a membership, but I was still initially charged the higher rate. Additionally, there wasn't an offer to help schedule my next appointment, which I've typically experienced at other similar businesses. That said, the quality of the massage was great, so I'm willing to give this location another try. It was also a Saturday, so perhaps they were busier than usual. I'm hopeful the front desk experience will feel a bit smoother next time before I decide whether to switch locations.
