Urgent Care just gave me steroids and muscle relaxers. That helped for a while, but I never got my full range of motion back - until Colleen worked on it. I can't tell it was ever injured now! Sandra had a very calm demeanor, and took the time to get a better understanding of all the issues I was having, she examined my posture and gave me some pointers before starting to work on me.
