I was not given a doctor's name at the time of making the appt, rather I was told by your receptionist when I handed her the tablet, that my doctor was a male (not female) and that he was running a little behind. That was fine. I was also told when I made the appt that I would be getting a full set of xrays at this appt as well as meeting with the doctor. If I had 2 people in front of me (again, information given by your receptionist) then I would be there for quite a while longer, after sitting there since about 11:10. I let the receptionist know I was leaving and she repeated there were only 2 in front of me and they should be quick. I thanked her but let her know finding somewhere closer to home would be better for me. Not a single person was called back to the doctor or left the building while we all waited. It was not just about the time spent but also the time I had in front of me to wait. Being a new person to the office made me also concerned that this was a normal thing, which I knew would not work with my schedule. Also the comment about the dogs coming first was made by the receptionist to everyone in the waiting room, not by me. I didnt even know about the dogs when I arrived, again, first time there.

So I thought it was about time to address the issue and I came here for a consultation on my back and a 60 minute full-body massage. The front office is very small (only four chairs for patients to sit and wait) but it's organized and they have a nice water fountain for patrons. The lady at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. Being a new customer, I had some paperwork to fill out but nothing out of the ordinary. Dr. Julie Miranda was very professional and straightforward. She examined my spine and was kind enough to explain what happens when disks become unaligned. I'm supposed to go back to have my spine readjusted so this problem doesn't keep occurring. The massage therapist was 30 minutes late because she thought my appointment was at 11am. She and the lady at the front desk were apologetic (thankfully I wasn't on a time crunch). This was my first massage ever and a wonderful experience. It was so relaxing and calming, I truly thought I was going to fall asleep. The therapist made me feel comfortable and worked out all the kinks in my shoulder.
