I visited my friend in Bend (I'm from California) and we stumbled upon this food truck and gave it a try. When I say it was the BEST burger I have ever had, I mean it. The burger was so juicy, seasoned properly, and the cheese was melted on there so perfectly. In n out has nothing on y'all. My faves are the blue bacon or popper burger but the regular burger with less calories is still delicious and a bargain at $8. My favorite burger in town, easily. It's tucked away but worth the drive. They don't have a huge menu--usually just two to four burger options, no sides. They clearly value quality over quantity of options. All burgers are smash burger style, and each is cooked to absolute perfection. I had their special Blue Cheese Burger and in all honesty it was the best burger I've ever had in my entire life. After all the hype with this place I was pretty budded with our visit today. My $10 bacon blue double patty burger was tiny. Both hamburger patties were paper thin and didn't add up to a single patty. The perimeter of the patty was was burnt and over seasoned. All four of us had to break the outside of it off to be able to eat it. None of our burgers looked like any of the pictures people post. Barely any lettuce, bacon or flavor.
