I went the wrong way and magically didn't get into a car accident AND no one yelled at me AND I U-turned into a parking spot The Podski is super cute. Multicolored tables, ample seating. So many options. We chose Americana for the reasonably priced burgers with the option for a gluten free bun. And I was impressed with that bun! Great texture and it didn't fall apart. I can say with confidence, that these guys make the best smash burger I have ever eaten! For an incredible $8 you get the OG and it is awe inspiring! Recently we have seen many of our favorite food trucks and restaurants raise their prices 15-25% over night, making it really hard to continue to be a loyal customer... not Americana though. All in all, this was a really good burger. This is a smashburger so that means you aren't going to get to cook the burger meat to your specifications, but rest assured, it's still fairly tasty. The addition of caramelized onions adds a little bit of a smoky component, and I've always had a preference for brioche bun hamburgers. The secret sauce is indeed secret, but it added another layer to the burger. Add into the experience that you are right next to a number of drinking establishments, other food trucks, and a nice outdoor space that is super dog and kid friendly.
