This place has an open atmosphere feel with tall ceilings and spaced apart booths for seating. The one time I went here the food came out quickly and was very fresh and delicious! I am hoping to go back very soon. read more

We went on a Saturday night. Long wait for a table so we ordered take out. I'm not sure if it was because it just doesn't taste right after reheating (was cold when we got back), but, definitely not worth the price. Can't say how it is hot out of the oven... But definitely go elsewhere for takeout read more

I have been here twice. Both times I have enjoyed the pizza. They certainly have a different spin to pizza with their mushroom, sausage and sweet onion pie. Very tasty. read more

The food is very good, however, they really need to think-through allowing non-service animals on the patio. It was impossible to enjoy our meal with dogs barking every few min. not to mention the high level of anxiety created by watching numerous young children get startled, several of which succumbed to tears. When we go out we want good food and a comfortable atmosphere where we can relax. read more

As someone who has celiac, I was very excited when I heard they had a gluten free flatbread pizza. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. A small GF pizza was $18 (with one topping) and dry, with barely any sauce or cheese. I appreciate Flatbread's GF efforts, however I think the quality could be drastically improved for such a high price!!! read more

I really enjoy eating here. As a vegan, it's nice to go somewhere everywhere can enjoy. My only suggestion would be to add some more appetizer and side options. French fries, etc. or even vegan toppings for the pizza like veggie sausage! Our order comes out wrong a lot of the time we go, but they fix it without question. The vegan pizza is delicious. The staff is friendly. Just wish there were even more options! read more

Loveee this place! Food is amazing and everything they do is farm fresh! They have quite a selection of organic and I'm pretty sure vegan food! Essentially everything I've had here was amazing. I've never had to wait very long to be seated, and the overall vibe is awesome! Lots of local art and wooden furniture, and If you're lucky you might even have your meal on the little couch by the window! I would highly suggest their salad as well as the spicy carrot sauce to dip your pizza in! They also have a surprisingly good tap list if you enjoy a good local brew and their mixed drink menu will not disappoint either! I would highly recommend if you're lucky for good quality food and drinks at a reasonable price! read more

I came here with a group and ordered two pizzas. After an hour, our waiter came out and told us our pizzas had been burnt and had to be remade. We were not offered anything in return. A free app would have been nice or a little something off the price of the pizzas. Instead we waited another twenty minutes and paid full price. read more

While the service is often painfully slow and spotty, the pizza is always great and the casual atmosphere is comfy. Go in expecting it to take awhile and enjoy the pizza! read more

Love this place! Very fresh, local! Come here all the time!

This was our first experience with Flatbread Company, and it will not be our last. Aside from a great salad and flatbread, the customer service was second to none. Derek A. and Steve S. stand out as true professionals who were committed to an outstanding experience. read more

What an awesome place. Have had two of my best meals ever at this restaurant. Great service, amazing tasting food, and a really cool atmosphere. The homemade dessert and flatbreads are to die for. And it's nice knowing most of the ingredients are organic. read more

I like this place! I know it's been around a while, but I first tried it in the summer and recently went back again. It's great that they try to use locally sourced stuff; you can taste the freshness in the salads and pizza toppings. The crust of the pizza we had was soft and tender, kind of like a good bread, but not like the typical pizza I am used to. They may have other kinds of crusts, but the ones I tried were soft. Good selection of veggie toppings. read more

1st visit here. Greeted immediately by friendly host (Ian)who treated us like family. Waitress (Michelle) took the time to explain the menu and detail the specials. Party of 4....ordered 2 large (Punctuated Equilibrium and Community). Both excellent! A notch above our usual pies! Wish it was closer to home. read more

I love this place. The pizza is amazing. They need to start doing wood fire burgers. I would come all the time.

This place has one thing that we get every time we go, the Jay's Heart pizza, which is basically cheese pizza, but it is very good. I rated it only three stars because it has the most uncomfortable tables and chairs. I like the recycled materials idea, but I am 5'1" and wish I could bring a booster seat. The pizza is good enough to withstand the painful chairs, but it isn't good for take out because it has to be eaten fresh from the oven. read more

DELICIOUS FOOD! Reasonable prices. Great atmosphere. Excellent Service. We had a tiny hole in our pizza. The waitress offered to bring us a second pizza for free. We declined. It wasn't a big deal! Two minutes later the Manager came to our table. He was extremely apologetic. Seriously..it's tiny hole in our pizza...But he insisted on giving us a free dessert. We'll definitely go again. Great place for a large group. Kid friendly too! read more

The inside and staff are good, but I didn't care for the food. I got the mushroom and pepperoni pizza. There were too many mushrooms, the pepperoni was bland, and the sauce was like garden combo pasta sauce. read more

The food (a flatbread or a salad are my normal fare) is great and they willingly accommodate dietary restrictions. The bar selection is very good. I've always had great waitstaff and the restaurant is very active in the community. The times I've gone when they had live music was very nice, although it can make conversations a bit hard. On the whole, Flatbread is one of my favorite restaurants in the area. read more

I have been here twice now and had great pizza both times. It's a nice casual atmosphere and it's awesome they make the pizza right in the dining room so you can watch. The only hiccup I had there was we ordered a large with half mushroom and it came with all mushroom. That said, they gave us a small cheese to make up for it so they were quite accommodating. I will go back, and do recommend it for fresh pizza. read more

Just wanted to share a wonderful experience at this great restaurant. On two days notice i reached out to the flatbread co. about accommodating my group of 40 hikers for an afternoon lunch on columbus day. The service was outstanding, super friendly staff. The food is absolutely delicious! awesome pizza , great salad in a terrific environment. Thank you flatbread for helping make it a great columbus day. JOHN G. read more

I LOVE THIS PLACE. The pizza is so good and the goat cheese, YES. So creamy and delicious. Not to mention, the dressing they use on their salad is amazing. The inside is super cool and smells amazing! Definitely a kid friendly place. I will be returning! read more

This is a comfortable, friendly local restaurant. The salads are wonderful. Remember that this is "flatbread" not pizza when you order, so don't expect sauce and cheese. read more

I'll have to say we are biased, but this is our favorite pizza spot. We order regular flatbreads, our son does GF and everyone is happy! Wife loves the salad, especially the dressing... read more

this place really amazed me ..the place is huge inside ....wow!!..and i can set and watch them bake pizza all day in the large brick oven and its all natural ...like good for you..not the run of the mill.take out pizza..i can go on ..really.. read more

This is a new idea that seems to be catching on in New England. It's a far cry from the traditional pizza hut place. You should try it. Maybe you'll like it better than I did. Good Pizza and salad! Good Service. Bad appearance. Don't get me wrong. This is an excellent place to go and chill-out, take the family for a pizza outing, or just a pickup. There seems to be some emphasis on a singles bar and maybe a place for entertainment. The staff was friendly and they appeared to be extremely laid-back. The service is adequate and the food is best. That's all well and good but, maybe that's a problem too. When I went there the first thing I noticed was the cleanliness wasn't what I would expect to see at a restaurant. I'm all about a stress free environment but, someone has to show leadership and provide guidance in the seating and floor cleaning area. Also get ride of those fabric crumb catching couches. They remind me of a frat house couch that feeds 5. Also, timeliness is extremely important. You have to let your customers have drinks and appetizers before you serve the main dish! read more

My family asked me where I wanted to go for my birthday dinner and of course I said Flatbreads! Now, I know I said Luna Pizza was great and you definitely should go there, but I will say that Flatbreads, if you asked me to choose between them, I would really get a headache. So don't ask me. I love the funky 60s atmosphere at Flatbreads--the menus decorated by the kids, the celebration of fresh local farm food, and planet friendly attitudes. Every time I go there, I make sure to have the house salad with the mysterious house dressing that is always so delicious. If only I could figure out what is in the dressing! Literally, if all I ate at Flatbreads was the salad, I'd be a happy lady. But luckily that's not all I eat. I eat the delicious fresh from the oven pizza! Then, once you have eaten the pizza, you can then turn your attention to the brownie sundae which is seriously the most mouth watering brownie sundae I've ever eaten, and all of it fresh. Seriously, I do not know where you can get ice cream that tastes as delicious as the ice cream at Flatbreads in Canton. On top of that you get very quick and friendly service. You have a variety of places to sit--some couches, some booths, some tables--anything that suits your fancy. If you are a non-profit, or a school, Flatbreads hosts lots of fundraisers here, so this is your opportunity if you are interested! read more

We've been to a few of the other Flatbread restaurants, Vermont (the best one for sure) in a great location (farm setting), Portland (right on the water), and a few others. This location just seems too bland, corporate, or industrial perhaps. I wish they chose an old mill location or something with a bit more character. In terms of the food, we had the sausage, carne special, and cheese and herb for the kids. Perhaps they are getting up to speed, but the pizza did not seem as good as the others. We got salads, but they came out 10 minutes after the pizza, not a big deal but a few in our party had salad for dinner. Service was ok, after getting the check it took awhile to finalize. They have a great beer selection, but as the trend at similar restaurants, it's listed on a wall far away from the table and tough to see, also no price was listed. How hard is it to print it and have at the table? Perhaps they will improve with time. Outdoor seating did look nice, always a great option. Oh one more thing, perhaps it the "style" of pizza, but there are often large portion towards the edges with no toppings, sauce... its a waste of real estate so to speak! read more

I love Flatbread although I don't go here as often as I used to, I did stop by a few weeks back and it was still as enjoyable as ever. They make a pretty good pie here, use all natural ingredients and have a solid selection of beer on tap. All things that make this for a worthy visit when I'm in the area. Prices aren't too bad and they have pretty quirky and tasty specials every so often(their buffalo chicken or taco pizzas are both pretty great). My order is usually a jay's heart with goat cheese(boring, right?) but I do dabble in the specials when they sound good. The downsides is that the meat toppings are only OK, I wish they had a bigger selection of meat toppings and the only time I end up getting a meat pizza is when one of their specials sound tasty. They also sometimes get a bit out there with their specials with some random ingredients on the pizza that don't sound to appealing - however, sometimes these random ingredients(cranberries on a pizza, sounds weird but tasted delish) end up tasting awesome. All in all, a cool place with unique wood-fired clay oven pizza that you can feel good about. They use local and natural ingredients and have original pizza ideas that more often than not hit the mark. Plus their brownie sundae desert is delicious. read more

major letdown- again! apparently the assortment of veggies in the salad is not what it used to be and the preparation leaves a lot to be desired. mushrooms used to be fresh and the pieces were thick- yesterday they were almost shaved and many pieces were just the stem part- there were no sprouts as there used to be (but they are no longer listed on the menu either- and the dressing was nowhere as tasty as it used to be. moving on to the pizza- the last 2 times i was here the pizza crust was burnt and there was a very wide band of the crust around the pizza. yesterday not only was the crust burned but we had to wait about 15 minutes while the pizza sat on the counter near the oven getting cold and the waitstaff was socializing with each other near the door. then we get the burned pizza and are told that if we don't like it burnt they will make us another one. at first we were okay with that but then decided to forgo another disappointment and delay as there were other things on our agenda- so be prepared for so-so service, and less than wonderful food. organic yes, a wonderful experience no. read more

I had a terrible experience at this place! First off, they sat my friend and I AFTER people that came in 20 min after us. 2nd, they sat us practically in the kitchen. The kitchen is this open space that isn't closed off at ALL. The waitresses were hitting my chair every 5 seconds, the manager was cackling loudly with his crew of chefs that fully dropped a pizza and then proceeded to put it back on the plate and serve it to some poor customer. As my friend and I were trying to eat our mediocre pizzas, the worker bees started sweeping the kitchen floor full of disgusting cheese shavings that looked like wood shavings they were pounded on the floor so much from not being swept in so long. YES, I could see all of this happening because I was in a seat that shouldn't even exist. On top of all of this, our waitress decided to take a 30 min break, thus my friend and I couldn't escape the torturous environment that was this "summer camp mess hall". They also brought my friend the wrong pizza and charged her extra for it. Terrible service, OK at best Pizza and an overall horrible set-up/atmosphere. If you're looking for a restaurant that looks like it was devised by some high stoners, go here. Otherwise, save your time and your money!!! read more
