Vivaldi's Pizza is, in my opinion, the best pizza in town. The pizza is consistently fresh, flavorful, and made with quality ingredients. The crust has the perfect texture, the toppings are generous, and every slice is packed with flavor. What sets Vivaldi's apart is its consistency. Whether dining in, taking out, or ordering for a group, the quality is always excellent. The staff is friendly, service is efficient, and orders are prepared with care. There are plenty of pizza options in the area, but Vivaldi's continues to be my favorite. If you're looking for great pizza, generous portions, and reliable quality, this is the place to go. Highly recommended and well deserving of 5 stars. read more

The pizza is average, but my son loves the wings. He likes them more than the places that specialize in wings!

Vivaldi's Pizza has 3 locations; those locations are in Avon, Bristol, and Southington, CT. They're specialty is pizza, subs, sides, salads, and other Italian options. They also do catering. My family and I ordered takeout from this Avon location; ordering online was easy and convenient. This looks like a take-out only spot and the employees were friendly and helpful. There were plenty of parking and the restaurant was on the side of the plaza. There was a light at route 44 which makes it easy to get in and out of the plaza and onto route 44. The food was hot and ready at the specified pick-up time. We ordered mango habanero wings and buffalo ranch boneless chicken wings. Those were crispy and flavorful. For the main entree, we had the Lasagna Pizza which came with onion, tomato, mushroom, meatball, ricotta, cheese, and garlic. I loved the ricotta cheese and mushroom combo; the toppings complemented each other and I enjoyed it. Overall, it's another good takeout spot with delicious pizza and wings. The prices were affordable too; I would definitely order from them again. read more

Great "special" pizza (onions and sausage) always delivered on time usually accompanied by a luscious Greek salad with all the fixings, including dolmas! Deliveries are prompt and avoid the occasional confusion other delivery services seem to encounter in our neighborhood. read more

Despite mixed reviews on Yelp I decided to give it a try today and was pretty underwhelmed. I ordered fries ($6) and a Philly cheese steak pizza ($15 for a small). The Philly cheese steak pizza wasn't quite what I was expecting - generally it's a white pizza and they put red sauce on this one. The effect was that it was less "Philly cheese steak" and more "pizza with meat, peppers, and onions". With that said, judging it for what it was, it was decent. Totally edible albeit a bit overdone on the crust. Fries were fine as well. One minor complaint is that I thought they didn't give ketchup at first, but as I nibbled at the fries I found that there were ketchup packets UNDERNEATH the fries, a totally illogical decision and inexplicable design flaw. All in all it was a totally adequate lunch, but there are just way too many better pizza options in town for Vivaldi's to make it on my rotation. Tough that it's right across from E&D too which is arguably some of the better pizza in town. read more

I'm from Philadelphia and can confirm that Vivaldi's has the best Philly cheesesteaks in Connecticut. Just ask them to hold the mayonnaise! The rolls are chewy and don't disintegrate with the juices. Online ordering is quick and easy. Yum. read more

We were in Avon for an appointment that went long, and we were starving when we got out. We figured we'd drive down the road and stop at whatever jumped out at us. The only requirement was I it had to be takeout. Storm Ida rains were starting, and we needed to eat en roAs we headed back toward home, I saw the Vivaldi's sign. We were both down for pizza, so we swung back and parked in the lot. I pulled up the menu and was delighted to see a BLT pizza! I love a BLT. I love a pizza. This sounded dreamy. We placed our orders and went to a craft store for some essentials for a project I had in mind. Chewed up enough time to head back and get our pies. So the BLT pizza was a great combination. The bacon was more in the form of real bacon bits (like chopped to bits), but I can see why it's more edible that way than entire strips. This way, every bite had the BLT. Anyway, it was unique and yummy!! My husband said his pepperoni pizza was also good. Tasty sauce, tasty crust. A solidly good pizza. I'd like to reserve a star til after we've eaten a couple more pies there. But it's absolutely worth it for the BLT Pizza!! read more

After trying a lot of different local places, Vivaldi's is one of our favs! Their pizza is always fresh, has that perfect doughy/crispy ratio we like, and tastes delish. But the real star? The garlic knots--they're absolutely incredible! Soft, buttery, and packed with garlicky goodness, plus you get a lot in one order. Highly recommend! read more

Ordered a party sized Margarita pizza. This is the worst pizza I've ever had. Crust covered with toppings is like cardboard and the outer edges were like crumbling wood chips. No flavor from the toppings either. The clerk was nice and service was quick but the pizza was awful. So glad I saved $5 with their coupon. We will not be returning. No one in our family liked it. read more

Happy new year! This place is great! The staff is very friendly and you can tell that making customers happy is their main concern. They are always efficient, happy and polite when I come in. I'm sure covid has really effected their business but they are taking precautions with hand sanitizer on the counter, require masks for employees as well as customers, and the cooks wear gloves. Considering the quality of the food the price is very reasonable. I ordered the Hawaiian pizza (photos) and it was so tasty; the pineapple tasted so fresh! I'm so fortunate to have this place just a few minutes from home. Best meal I've had in a while. Highly recommend! read more

When I moved away from Downtown Bristol - I missed Vivaldi's right away - but I was SO EXCITED when I found them in Avon and in DoorDash! The pizza is soo good. It's the perfect pizza - the sauce is fresh and the cheese is really good. The garlic knots are literally insane - get them every time. My wife really enjoys the honey mustard chicken wrap - upgrade for a few bucks and get fries, pickle and coleslaw! Good value and fresh food every time! read more

Came here after my hairdresser recommended it on my way out of the salon, when I said I was in the mood for pizza. She told me that the four cheese pizza is to die for. Being a major cheese lover she had me intrigued, and boy was she right. Ohhhh soooo good! I got a small & it was a bit under done for my liking, as I like my pizza well done, but none the less super delicious. In addition to the pizza, I also got the small Vivaldi's salad. It had the biggest pieces of fresh mozz I have ever seen on a garden salad! Again cheese lover here...SCORE! The veggies were super fresh and crisp, just the way you like a salad to be. And it came with two complementary Garlic Knots, yum! Now the place itself isn't spectacular simply because it's not a full on restaurant. It is great for takeout as they only have one booth and a bar like window table with two chairs. I went there at about 8:45pm so not super busy, and the person behind the register was nice. I'll definitely come back as I was super pleased with the pizza and salad I received. read more

Food quality seemed subpar. I decided to order take out from door dash and give this place a try. The first thing I ordered was the buffalo chicken calzone. My daughter said it was very tough to chew (meat not tender at all). My wife ordered a tuna pita pocket and the tuna was runny with water (see attached pic). I ordered chicken quesadillas and the chicken was breaded (frozen patty tasting). I was disappointed that no peppers or mushrooms could be added. So a $45 lunch treat turned out to be a mistake. I would recommend they incorporate changes to improve quality of food. If the menu is too big get rid of items. Specialize in your brand! read more

Do not ever order from this business. I ordered food at 6:43 pm online - on June 24th they said 45 minutes - an hour later the food had not arrived. I phoned Vivaldis and was told they were closing for the day and would not be bringing my order - I was shocked - but they charged by credit card. The person who answered the phone did nothing - I asked to speak to the manager - who was not there - I asked them to have the manager call me the next day - she never did - until I called very upset and demanded a refund. Although she apologized and said she would make sure my refund would come through - I to this day June 28 I have not received my refund. $48.00 - although certainly not grand theft - three hungry kids and down 48.00 - These people just DO NOT care about their customers. read more

Ordered soup and salad, the young lady on the phone was friendly and courteous . The soup was great, the Caesar salad had a lot of chicken, my type of salad. This pizza sucks. It's burnt. Barely has enough toppings and is a joke. The options for a good pizza place is ridiculous here in Avon. I dream of the day we get a Papa John's or Dominoes just so I can stop supporting people who can't even make a decent pizza. read more

I ordered food but what was delivered was incorrect. Also, I asked for the total price upfront so I could put the tip on my card. The charge I received was $8.00 more than what I was quoted. Vivaldi's had a dinner special on Uber eats for free delivery under their "dinner special section" so I placed an order for a loaded steak bomb grinder, fries and a buffalo chicken quesadilla. Vivaldi is honestly the Best. Every time my family and I are hungry, the First place suggested is vivaldi.

Useless. I live two miles from this location. Ordered food via their website at 5:32pm and was told the food would be delivered by 6:12. Called at 6:45 when the food hadn't arrived, and was told that on Tuesdays they use DoorDash and no drivers have come to pick up my food. They said they would call me back with an update. I called again at 7:15, still no food, and was told that there was "a complication" and that the driver had picked up the food and would be there shortly. Nothing. Called back at 7:40 to cancel my order and get my money back. Person answered the phone "Vivaldi's, we're closing" then claimed she could not issue me a refund because she didn't know how to do it. And in case you were wondering, the food never arrived. read more

We ordered food from Vivaldi's though uber eats, the food that we received was disgusting. It was partly dried up chicken and the bread crumbs were missing on parts, some of it looked like they scraped bread crumbs off the chicken and put that on the bread. It was supposed to be a chicken cutlet grinder and that was not the case, chicken cutlet is not small and what looks like chewed up chicken thrown on a dry piece of bread with nothing else on it. When I called the restaurant the woman was so rude and refused to help. She did not apologize for the food and did not seem to care one bit. We will never eat at Vivaldi's again. read more

Vivaldi's Pizza is overall an underwhelming experience. I ordered a plain cheese pizza, meatball pizza, and buffalo wings for a get together with friends. The pizza made one of my companions very sick. She couldn't eat pizza for the next three months. The cheese pizza was card board in texture and so bland. I would hardly call it pizza. The meatballs were rubbery and clearly frozen. The buffalo wings also tasted frozen and unremarkable. Overall, there was no flavor at Vivaldi's, and with the numerous (boarder line too many) Italian choices in Avon, there is no reason to pick this one. read more

I have ordered from them prior to COVID shutdowns and will continue to order. The prices and amount of food in your order as well as great tasting is exceptional. It is set back from the street where many pass by not knowing it's there but once you eat from there you will continue to go back. The best part they deliver too! The delivery is also 5 star. Check them out, you will not be sorry. read more

Ordered a half cheese, half pepperoni pizza and boneless wings online. The ETA was supposed to be 8pm, the driver showed at 9pm with cold wings and a weak ass pizza. On top of this the driver didn't park where I instructed in the order. I was offered $5 off next order for the BS but I won't be using it, maybe if the food was decent, but it's not. There's too much good pizza around here to deal with this nonsense, even People's Choice is better. read more

This was my first time trying this "new place in town". I ordered teriyaki wings and a Philly cheese steak pizza. The online ordering is pretty basic. Delivery is an extra charge which is a negative. The idea of the Philly pizza is awesome. Crust is super thin, almost too thin. The toppings were ok, but almost non existent. Very skimpy on toppings, very skimpy. The wings were the best part, excellent, meaty and great flavor. Delivery was on time, almost a few minutes early. There's lots of coupon specials to try. I will give them another try when I need something delivered. But I hope it's a bit more value, not so skimpy. The flavors are good, just have no tolerance for a skimpy pizza. read more
