Hysterical vibe. It was "primal" as best as we could describe it. A good time, fun Djs and easy to get in. Still very crowded too! No cover.

    Welcome to the jungle!

"Welcome to the jungle" could easily be the rock anthem that defines Amazónico . This isn't just another restaurant; it's a full-sensory experience where vibrant décor, lively music, and sophisticated gastronomy come together to create one of Miami's most exciting dining destinations. With its roots in Madrid, it's no wonder that Amazónico feels both cosmopolitan and wildly exotic, a perfect blend of Hispanic heritage and global culinary influences. The jungle reference truly fits like a glove. Touring this tropical paradise felt like swinging from liana to liana: * The first floor is a vibrant bar-and-dining area with live music that turns up the beat. * The second floor offers a more elegant setting with piano jazz and private dining spaces for meetings or events. Even the walk to the restroom feels immersive, surrounded by forest sounds that pull you deeper into the theme. * And finally, the rooftop, a lively open-air terrace perfect for cocktails and mingling under a Miami clear starry night. We began with the Pão de Queijo, warm, simple, and perfectly crispy. Then came the Centollo, a refined dish featuring snow crab, lollo rosa, and Nikkei rosso. Each ingredient was fresh and full of texture. Next came the Atún Onimikasu con Baeri Vintage Caviar, featuring toro tuna tartare topped with luxurious caviar. We followed with the Lomi Lomi Roll, a blend of Ora King salmon, avocado, and salmon roe, proof that Amazónico also masters the art of sushi. And not to miss, the Amazónico Maki, a tropical roll built around mango, avocado, cacao nibs, and coconut, tying perfectly into the restaurant's jungle-inspired spirit. Even the Guacamole con Erizo surprised us: exotic on paper, yet creamy, rich, and elegantly indulgent enough to enjoy on its own. Then came the Tarzan yell moment: the Guacho de Langosta. Maine lobster over perfectly al dente semolina orzo, bathed in a coconut bisque that tied everything together. The lobster was fresh, tender, and balanced with the tropical creaminess of the sauce. Our favorite dish of the night, and what could easily become one of Amazónico's signature dishes. The Picanha Rodizio was tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection, each slice melting in your mouth. As sides, the Queso Fundido con Anchoas was rich and stretchy, especially when paired with the pão de queijo for an extra dose of cheesy bliss. Even if you're not into anchovies, you'll likely be hooked. My personal favorite, though, was the Sweet Potato Parmesan Purée, the perfect match for the meat's smokiness. Cue the jungle drums for dessert: * The Chocolate Moctezuma, a molten mousse paired with a refreshing avocado sorbet, was a refreshing surprise for any avocado lover. * The Crema de Choclo, a tropical twist on crème brûlée topped with meringue and coconut sponge, offered a Latin spin on the French classic. Cocktails kept the good vibes flowing. The Espresso Martini was perfectly shaken, while the Peacock Spritz, a maracuyá twist on the Italian classic, sparkled with tropical flair. The Leche Pantera, aromatic with Flor de Caña rum and spiced pineapple, kept the refreshing rhythm going. Throughout the evening, a mesmerizing live singer, think Karol G 2.0, filled the space with soulful tropical beats, perfectly harmonized with her band. The service was consistently attentive and professional from start to finish. Thank you, Amazónico, for an unforgettable wild culinary journey. It's the Latin-chic, exotic experience the cultural melting pot of the Americas was missing, welcome to the jungle indeed.

I really enjoyed having dinner here to celebrate my sister's birthday. I only have positive things to say regarding the food. I was well feed to say the least! The ambiance was really immersive and the hallway walk to the bathroom was interesting because they play animal sounds making it seem like I am walking through a jungle. In addition the roof has a sweet hidden club where you can grab a cocktail, dance, and interact with your people!

Don't get me wrong, they are still excellent, but this is more of a 4.4 than a true 5 star. For me Zuma had a pleasant ambiance, lots of beautiful people, great outdoor seating to watch the yachts go by. So if that's what you are looking for, this is a good place to stop in. Also I give them points for not rushing you even though in their policy there is a seating time limit. We ended up just ordering the premium omakase, and that was quite a bit of food. I am glad I didn't order extras like I usually like to do at an Omakase. While the food in general is good and enjoyable, there was nothing very memorable, other than their Lava cake. That was to die for! And I skips dessert 99% of the time. Service was good but not stellar, could be because they had wait staff in training (during table service, our server didn't really know how to properly shave a truffle and another staff had to take over. Our courses are mumbled, doesn't sound like our server was confident about what the food is)

The food was good--I would recommend the Katsu Sando and the Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice--but nothing we ordered stood out enough to make me want to return specifically for those dishes. The service was pleasant but average, not quite what I expected for a fine dining restaurant, especially while celebrating a special occasion. The rooftop ambiance and music were definitely the highlights of the evening. The biggest challenge was the heat. On a 97-degree Miami summer evening, none of the rooftop ceiling fans were working, which made dinner quite uncomfortable and took away from what should have been an enjoyable fine dining experience. I was also surprised by the cake-cutting fee and that we weren't allowed to serve an individually portioned dessert we had brought for our celebration. I think policies like these are best communicated when reservations are made so guests can plan accordingly. For special occasions, a little flexibility or offering an alternative solution can go a long way in making guests feel valued. That said, I want to recognize the restaurant's manager for the way my concerns were handled after my visit. Their response was thoughtful, professional, and sincere, and they made a genuine effort to make things right. That level of customer service speaks to a business that values its guests and is committed to continuous improvement. While my first visit wasn't the experience I had hoped for, I truly appreciate the way management addressed my feedback. Their professionalism has given me a much more positive impression of the restaurant, and I would be open to giving it another opportunity in the future.

The place isn't that big and seating is first come first serve. I got my food to go and I asked for chili oil on the side. The Thai tea latte was rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced with that classic bold tea flavor and subtle sweetness. The Butterfly Lychee was refreshing, light, and visually stunning, with a delicate floral note and fruity lychee flavor that made it feel perfect for Miami's warm weather. Service was friendly and welcoming, and the staff were happy to answer questions about the drink menu. The vibe is modern, stylish, and relaxing, with a beautiful interior that makes it a great place to catch up with friends, work remotely, or simply enjoy a drink. The space feels thoughtfully designed and inviting. Overall, a lovely café experience with well-crafted drinks and a great atmosphere. I'd definitely come back to try more of their specialty beverages.

Osaka Brickell: Extraordinary…read more My wife and I visited Osaka in Brickell, Miami, this evening--and I was so impressed that I rushed home to write this review. The Verdict In one word: extraordinary. We loved it. Restaurants often use the word "fusion" loosely, but at Osaka, it truly applies. The menu delivers Peruvian and Japanese fusion at its best: a thoughtful blend of South American and Japanese flavors, with each bite offering a beautifully engineered explosion of taste. Food The food is creative, beautifully presented, and genuinely unique--but Osaka offers much more than great dishes. Our server, Yesenia, guided us with recommendations that balanced our preferences with the restaurant's signature flavors, including a remarkably fresh sashimi amuse-bouche, Kiiro ceviche, a Hongos Teppan trumpet mushroom dish that was not listed on the menu, and a Nikkei Makimono that brought Peruvian flavors into a traditional sushi roll. The restaurant manager, Miki, also checked in during our meal. The service was casual, attentive, and perfect. Ambiance is paid to every detail. We ate at the sushi bar, but the main dining area was spectacular, and the bar area was sublime. Lastly, the music was a combination (fusion) of new age, Peruvian jungle music and Japanese sounds all blended into a crescendo on the experience. Try it....you'll love it. Ten out of ten !

The sashimi and seafood were incredibly fresh, which is always a must for us, and Novikov did not disappoint. The dim sum selection was outstanding--each dish was crafted with care and packed with flavor. And the desserts?
