When I arrived, they charged me $168/month instead more than double! On top of that, they added a $29 "admin fee." The staff made the experience even worse. Both Mariah and Dawn were unprofessional, dismissive, and offered no real help or explanation. This company is misleading customers with fake online rates and terrible customer service. In a bit more than a year rates have skyrocket nearly 50% from $150 to $223 a month. On top of that the property is completely infested with rats which have gotten into my unit and destroyed my furniture. Jennifer Geierman who is the property manager is completely derelict in her duties and will disappear for long periods at a time so you can't get help from the office(we'll be right back sign pictured below). My emails asking for information on the insurance policy they've been charging me for for over a year were completely ignored. When I asked her for help locating my unit she was completely rude. Self storage is a complete commodity in 2025 and there are much better options than this fly by night facility that falls well short of industry standards
