They keep raising the rent, and the recurring price hikes make it much more expensive than expected. It feels like they offer low introductory rates just to get you in the door. Also, many of the positive reviews appear to come from customers who are encouraged to leave a review when they first sign up, before they've had time to experience the constant rent increases. If you're looking for a storage facility with stable pricing and good long-term value, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

I was doing a minor remodel and chose to store my furniture during the process. All I had to pay was for the diesel gas I used. Secondly, they do ask for a 15 day move out notice. I was 6 days past the 15 day notice window. Instead of them charging me an extra month they only prorated me the 6 days I was over. The employees were also very nice and helpful. So yes, I would recommend this storage unit facility to anyone in the area.
