Charcuterie board $52.00!!
Denise J.

1st time here on Sunday July 26, 2026. I'm not a wine drinker but my friends are. Therefore I'm the designated driver for my friends. We arrived around 1:30pm. There's plenty of parking. If you park at the overflow parking area there is a driver with his golf cart that will drop you off at the entrance. The place was pretty packed. My friends went to the tasting area and was greeted my Sara. Sara made great suggestions which my friends enjoyed all of them. I ordered the charcuterie board which was $52.00. Charcuterie board with cheese, almonds, candied pecans, slices of meat, peaches, grapes, strawberries, fig jam was delicious, but $52.00 is ridiculously expensive. We had reservations for 2:30pm for the on ground restaurant Gaspar's. The outside patio area was nice but it was a hot day. Thank goodness there were huge umbrella coverings for the seating area. We sat there listening to live music which was nice. I did bring my hand held portable fan which came in handy. We all really enjoyed this winery as most definitely will be back.

First time at Temecula wineries and I found a GEM! Altisima Winery has it all.. great wine selection, beautiful atmosphere and an incredible tasting bar host...our guy Jay was a 10/10! Jay was a lot of fun and a great introduction to the Temecula wine world!

A time was had. This was my first ever winery experience and it was to celebrate my friends Isabel Irma's birthday. She had made the reservation for us, she's a Temecula girly so we drove up from San Diego and again, a time was had. There is ample parking so don't be worried if you come and the scene here is just stunning. We were a little early waiting for the birthday girl so we checked in and roamed around the restaurant, it's is just so beautiful. Once we all arrived we were sat outside which I was a little nervous for, considering the temperature, but they started misting and everything cooled down. For drinks, I ordered the pina colada while my friends ordered the mango froze, guava froze and sangria. We opted for appetizers instead of meals since we were going to be having a big meal later that day. Our drinks were strong, since I was driving I opted to drink half of my cocktail and give the rest to the birthday girl. Out of the drinks I would definitely say the guava was my favorite, it was perfectly sweet and if I wasn't driving I would have drank my first and ordered the other. We ordered the potatoes bravas, calamari and empenadas, the food came out so quickly and between the four of us we devoured it. The calamari were my favorites and especially loved the fried peppers! Would definitely recommend this place, the food was delicious, drinks were perfect and refreshing, views are stunning and service was fast and attentive!

Altísima winery is a great spot to catch up with friends! My friends and I have wine club membership and is totally worth it! They always have fresh food and the best wine! Their service is prompt and they have an organized system for when it does get busy. Will keep coming back here when we visit our friend in Temecula!

Altisima Winery is such a beautiful place! The views are absolutely stunning and create the perfect atmosphere to relax and unwind. The wine was excellent, and the live music added a mellow, enjoyable vibe that made the experience even better. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion, going on a date, or simply spending time with friends, this is a wonderful spot to visit. I'll definitely be back! I gave it 4 out of 5 stars only because I think the patio could use more umbrellas. During the summer in Temecula, the California sun can be intense, and there are only a few shaded tables in what is otherwise a fantastic outdoor seating area. Adding more shade would make the experience even better.

It was a busy Saturday as the weather was gorgeous. It was tough to get pours and i thought the wine was ok. Ambiance was nice at the tasting bar. However service could improve as felt I had to flag someone to get the next pour even when the crowd dissipated

Checked this place out last spring with 3 friends for wine tasting experience. We got sitted right away in the patio, without reservation. Ordered wine and charcuterie board, it was good amount of portion for 4. Our server was attentive and made sure we were okay. Place is nice to hang around for a bit to take pictures. Overall, it's a nice experience and will definitely recommend to Yelpers.

THE BEST TASTING ROOM HOST JAY IN TEMECULA at Altisima Winery!

Jay, our wine tasting host, was so amazing, attentive, kind, gave excellent customer service, and very knowledgeable about the wine! Thank you, Jay! Definitely coming back!

gorgeous winery with wonderful staff! went a little later in the day and left after closing but everyone was still soooo nice and accommodating

Came to visit the winery on a Sunday morning to celebrate some birthdays, and we went upstairs to have glasses of champagne and enjoy the views. We had previously had lunch and drinks during the weekend and so we decided to just out for drinks upstairs in the members lounge, although we would've liked to have had food served upstairs. Our overall experience with the winery has always been plentiful and joyous with the memories we have with family and friends. The parking is a little sparse, but the service and accommodations have always been five star. I would recommend this winery as one of your stops to enjoy your day.

Went to Temecula for a day trip with the girls. Altisima was our first stop. We had reservations at 1130 for brunch on a Saturday. The place was decent, got sat right away, and took our time ordering food and drinks. 4 drinks, 4 entrees, and 2 appetizers to share came out to about 85$ a person including tip. The food wasn't amazing, but rather decent. Some of us liked the calamari, but I didn't like it as much. I should have tried their ceviche. I ordered their tomato pasta with salmon. The salmon was way overcooked and dry. Wasn't worth what I paid for it. Eventually a live ban started playing. Lots of outdoor seating and spots to take pictures. Staff members were nice and place was clean. We were celebrating belated birthdays so they gave us churros which were good and came in perfect bite size.

Love this place!!!! It has an absolutely amazing view of the mountains and rolling hills. I was so amazed by how dynamic this place was between quiet chills afternoons and entertaining/loud evenings with live music. They also offer some good food (fries), really good margaritas (they have a full bar), and great tasting wine slushies ! I love the friendly staff with the extra / heavy-handed pours that I even proposed to my girlfriend here ....she said YES! 100% recommend this place.

Christine D.

The environment here is great. The location is picturesque. There are so many reasons to visit here. The location, the wine of course, the decor and set up. Just beautiful. The atmosphere is perfect for day drinking. My friend has a membership, so we were able to be seated upstairs on the 2nd level in the members' lounge. It felt like VIP getting in that elevator. I love the view from up there. I did not drink the wine but from what I saw, the pours were very generous. The property is well kept. It is beautiful and modern with an extremely accommodating staff. Our group had a wonderful time. I will definitely visit this winery again so I can get the full experience.

If you're not part of their wine club membership, you will be forced to sit in their lawn area--the seats and views are not great and the space is very limited. Meanwhile, their membership area has lounge tables and cooling fans, but it is strictly reserved for members despite it being completely empty at the time. The associates at the wine tasting room were not welcoming nor were they attentive either as they often talked amongst themselves even with patrons around. With how long Miramonte Winery has been around, it's unfortunate to see the service and ambiance go completely downhill. There are plenty of other wineries in Temecula at this point that I would rather visit than to come here again. I strongly suggest going elsewhere if you want to visit a winery with great atmosphere and views. I gave an extra star because the place is not the worst, it looks to be clean, the wine is decent, but the winery itself is far from good nor is it worth your time or money.

Very Disappointing Experience - Bolero at Europa Village…read more I am not a member of Europa Village, but I went to Bolero specifically because I wanted to try their "large seafood paella." Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. We were a group of 10 people, and our server was very pushy about ordering the chicken paella and suggested getting two small paellas instead of the large seafood paella we originally wanted. I felt like she was not listening to what our group actually wanted, and the service was not good. The seafood paella was $70, which I expected to be worth the price. Unfortunately, the rice was burned, and there was almost no seafood--just one shell and a very tiny piece of calamari buried in a large amount of rice. The rice tasted like packaged or prepared rice, rather than freshly made paella. We also tried the chicken paella, and it was just as disappointing. There was only one piece of chicken with a large amount of rice, and nobody in our group liked it. Almost everyone at our table had a negative comment about the paella. In the end, we were so disappointed that we left most of the food and threw it away. For $70, I expected a much better-quality dish, especially from a winery restaurant. The should call "RICE PAELLA," Unfortunately, the food and service did not live up to our expectations, and I would not order the paella again.

I was particularly disappointed in what they presented as a charcuterie board. There were no jams, olives, or brie, and the overall presentation was pretty underwhelming. The walnuts presentation were also soft and soggy. How do walnuts get that way unless they've been sitting out too long?! The "charcuterie board" came in a square paper box and for $42.00, I expected a much better presentation and options. Honestly, it just felt blah and wasn't what I would typically expect from a winery. Overall, the wine, service, and beautiful surroundings made for an enjoyable visit. I just wish the food offerings and presentation were more in line with the rest of the experience. I'd consider coming back for the wine and scenery, but I hope they improve their food selection. There were Adirondack chairs outside, cornhole, etc. It was such a welcoming place. There were food trucks from which to purchase Mexican food etc. out in the parking lot. After Covid, they expanded which is great. The comfy Adirondack chairs turned into metal tables and chairs. The space feels much more crammed. It does not feel so relaxed anymore. And as for the employees, snarky comments should never be tolerated. My daughter-in-law had her mother's retirement party at this establishment. Initially, the woman she talked to on the phone was not very helpful or welcoming. Some other gentleman was VERY helpful and gave the impression that this party was welcome here. On the night of the event, 15 people actually showed up. We had three tables inside. There was one party of 4 in the back corner. The place was empty. There were a few people outside enjoying the live music. The music was great. Anyway, we brought some of our Somerset wines from home but also ordered beers, pizza and champagne. It's not like we were merely using their facility with no benefit to them. A couple came in and used another inside table. Again, there was still open seating inside. We weren't loud. We were respectful. We spent money. When it came time to cut the cake, we asked to borrow a knife. The female employee's comment was, "We can't lend you a knife. This is why we tell people to bring cupcakes" in a very condescending and rude tone. There was absolutely no excuse for that demeanor. She should have been kind. And as a side note, any time someone from our party walked up to the tasting counter, the employees didn't acknowledge them. A male and female were talking to each other and told us we needed to wait. What kind of customer service is that?? I've read through many of the comments and it sounds like bridal parties and bachelor parties are perfectly acceptable. And we all know how rowdy they can get. But our quiet retirement party did not feel welcomed. Go to Peltzer if you're in the area. Great vibe! Very chill! Amazing Sangrias and slushies.

The employees were friendly. The food offerings when we were there were very minimal. The crowd was overwhelmingly in their 20's, which if representative is fine, but also telling in terms of the appeal of the wines here to more experienced palates. Speaking of which, we did not really care for any of the reds that we tasted. We did not taste a single wine that we would be interested in buying. They lacked body, balance, and complexity. I should add that the wine tasting room is also the barrel room, yet it was at room temperature. Red wine barrels are supposed to be stored at 55 - 60F, not room temp. All other wineries manage this temperature requirement vigorously. This is most certainly affecting the taste of the final product. I know this place has good reviews, but it just doesn't seem to be up to the standard of some of the nicer wineries in Temecula.

To share and each a cocktail. Sooooo the appetizer comes. And we're waiting a few and then a few turns into 10 minutes. We are almost done with our appetizer. No server in sight I look over to the bar no drinks. So I go up to the Hose stand to ask where our drinks are it appears there might've been a manager there, but they ran away. The host said where are you pointed at our table. Got our server. She came over to let us know that they were waiting on juice. We now have our second course and luckily our drink. I probably would've ordered another cocktail, but it was already 25 minutes into our meal. So I did order finally a glass of wine. To go with our paella. We had a tomato salad with that was lacking in flavor and very underwhelming. The paella comes we have the seafood one. It is hot. It is also overcooked, and I saw no calamari and we had very little seafood. I would say this was not the best paella I have had. Which is unfortunate as my friend kept saying this is the best she ever had when she had been there before. I asked her if she ever had been to café Seville. Where they have what I consider the best paella. But this is also Temecula so I really don't expect much from this area. They were very busy so maybe I just had a bad moment and I hope that that is true and everyone else has a great experience there. I wish a manager had been present to be aware of what was happening on the floor during a possible breakfast to lunch transition
