The website still wanted to charge me $99 shipping, but deducted $50, so $269 and change total. I asked young male associate if he could help me and if I was doing something wrong to not get the free shipping. After several tries he told me to go ahead and order it and that they would reimburse me the difference in shipping once the item arrived in store. I went in to get the item after getting an email saying it arrived. When I went in to get it I asked about the difference in return shipping. I was told by Jennifer that "they don't do that". I told her I was told by an associate they would and the promo wouldn't allow free shipping. She called customer solutions. Basically made me out to be a liar on the phone "He was told by someone else but I don't know who".
