Well today Lee brought me my new tractor. MX600-CAB Lee called me said he could be here in about 2 hours, if that was good for me. Well he got here in 1 hour and 55 minutes. Impressive. Nice guy, very knowledgeable and friendly. Wouldn't let me help unload. Not even a little bit. He went over the attachments, tractor controls, engine compartment. Awful customer service. I went in today because I needed a male hydraulic coupler for a new implement I bought to use with my SVL-90-2 skid steer. The two parts sales people acted like I was speaking a foreign language the whole time and gave me an attitude and belittled me the whole time while searching for my part. They threw caveats like "you should just put your skid steer on a trailer and take it down to A1 Couplings to get the fittings you need" and "if you're going to be smart ass we aren't going to sell you anything". Once I said you guys must really sell a lot of equipment treating customers this way I was informed I would no longer be able to purchase parts there. I informed the manager my willingness to happily take my business elsewhere and he was as condescending as the rest of the staff. Stay away from this dealership, they only care about profiting selling you the machine and then you're on your own. Stay away from kubota. Much better customer service at other manufacturers locally. I am a local small business owner for the the last 20 years, we repair equipment. We ordered a part from mid valley that they miss ordered and we had to get correct part from them. The original part that they miss ordered was 600.00 plus the quick shipping. The correct part was 360.00 plus quick shipping. We returned incorrect part only to have them tell us we had to eat both shipping costs and 150.00 restock fee!! There poor parts guy made the mistake and my customer had to wait extra week and I had to eat shipping and restock fee. TELL me where is that good business. Place is unbelievably horrible. Took my brand new turbo S in to have warranty work done on it because with less then 300 miles on it won't start. First the old guy at the counter told me that it might not be warranty work and I will have to pay for it seams a little weird but ok just want it fixed. Then they tell me go unload it and pull it around back and leave it. Um ok it don't run remember no help getting off trailer. Then they just want me to leave it in the gravel parking lot till they get to it to it who knows when. Then I asked if it was going to be safe old guys says he don't know it's not there responsibility if it get stolen or damaged. Then actually told me to just load it back up if I didn't like it. Worst customer service ever the old guy should be fired he hates helping young people that have made it in life when he been making minimum wage his hole life. Was just thinking about buying an excavator from them too. Not now. Going to tell everybody my experience they will loose business read more

Staff has always been friendly and yard dog barks appropriately. I got a great deal on my new BX sub compact + mid-mount mower. A decent deal on a new Landpride brush hog. Ordered replacement rear light and side handle from my own breakage, arrived quickly. 1 year later I'm currently awaiting 500 hr. tune-up and a PTO repair (that should be under warranty). read more

Mid Valley took in a consignment for us. a Kubota Tractor that we wanted to sell. Well they sold it for $ 5500 and after a few minor repairs and a 10 % commission they owed us either $ 4750 or $ 4850 . No paper work at all . They sold it to some guy who picked it up and took it away. So they called and said they would call us and we could come down and pick up a check. Well that called never happened. Then they said it was mailed to us. Well the check in the mail thing didn't happen either. So they then said it was mailed to the old address they had on the computer and it will be returned. Well that hasn't happened . I said make a stop payment on the check and give us a new one. Well the girl who writes the checks is on Vacation for two weeks. Gee I wonder if the damm owner could do this, isn't he authorized to write checks ? So far no money, no paper work , no check , no tractor. read more
