The service department staff are fairly busy as it is an active store, but still they are very friendly and polite. I opted for the MS251C. They brought it out and gave me a quick rundown on its features and strengths. We got the warranty registration done right there and I'm out the door with some new equipment. It turns out that they will even check out my old saw to see if it can be turned in for a few dollars in my pocket.
