No response is, of course, a response in itself, and tells me that the answers to my questions were "no." Okay, I could accept that if they had given me an honest answer. But the fact that they didn't have the professional courtesy or ethical practice to even respond is what causes me to give them a poor review. So if all you care about is the product, and not the professional ethics of the company, I would say their stuff is okay.

She asked him if this was his phone. He had explained multiple times this was his phone and that it wasn't fixed the last time he went in to fix it. She asked for his pin and he put the pin in his phone and she huffed and puffed because she wanted the account pin. He was frustrated and confused because he is elderly and is not good with technology. She was not stop using a belittling voice and aggressive tone. He was tired of her making him feel like he was a lesser human than her and started raising his voice. He told this "Manager" he wants his money back if they are refusing to fix it. She said she will call the police. And she did. She wasted police time and resources because she sucks at her job. Whoever is above Courtney, please reach out because this behavior should not be supported and the elderly shouldn't be treated with disrespect and verbal aggression. A few rounds of this same approach over a year [rinse, wash, repeat] and still no functioning product, so I finally complained - leading to an email telling me they were cancelling the project and not charging me their last invoice [for the project they never did/completed] because 'they couldn't get it to function in a manner meeting my expectations.' Meeting my expectations? Here are the expectations that apparently exceeded their abilities: (1) provide a functioning product as agreed; (2) tell me when it's working and how to use it; and (3) complete the project in something approaching a reasonable timeline. How unreasonable of me, surely justifying the kick to the curb when I complained. I wrote their President Doug Pitassi about this - crickets - leading me to understand their 'customer service" and business model is "We'll charge you, ignore you, leave you hanging, and then kick you loose if you don't' like it." Waste your time and money here at your own peril - there are certainly lots of companies that WANT your business and are willing to go above and beyond in an effort to provide good [or at least competent] service to get your business. She told me about several options, and said if I needed anything else to come and find her. She was friendly and helpful. The store itself is huge. It's also clean and very well organized. I was impressed by that alone. It is well-lit inside, every isle labelled so finding something is pretty easy. I like that because it's quicker for me to find things, and that makes my time use more efficient. Would I return? Absolutely. Elysa helpes us by happily testing both the battery and the alternator. When the truck wouldnt start, she jumped with a jump box. She helped ua diagnose the problem and get the parts we needed. As we were putting in the new battery, we found one of the connectors totally corroded and broken. Elysa helped us find a replacement BUT we couldnt remove the old connector. This is where Christopher came in, helping us creatively solve the issue and fixing the bad connection. Without the help and friendly service of the whole team, including Elisa, Tyler, and Christopher, i don't know what we would have done, probably shell out a lot more $$$ with a mechanic.
