I am disappointed in 1/2 the contractors listed on Yelp, or Google, they are flakes.  Don't worry, you'll find out.  I already spoke to previous customers from other contractors I called.  They described these fly by nights and how they got ripped off, very sad. Chris is always early to arrive,  Returns calls, and answers the phone.  Save your time and money and receive some honest and professional work. Hire someone that shows up early, displays expert craftsmanship and is patient and as easy going as Chris and crew.  I wouldn't care if it takes a month to get this man.  I will wait, and know the quality work and friendly service still respects the average Joe.  We just want some construction work to get done.  No, it's not too much to ask, so call this guy.

The designer I was assigned seemed (to me) to have little or no experience in the field of kitchen design. After a couple of stressful meetings, I called in Mr. Forrest Castile to discuss my concerns. In my opinion, Mr. Castile was condescending and patronizing - his rudeness thinly veiled. I asked to end the business relationship. Mr. Castile and I discussed a partial refund of the retainer. I understood that any refund was at his discretion. I was quite surprised to receive a letter from Mr. Castile's attorney, offering a $1500 refund, if I would sign a Mutual Release Confidentiality and Settlement Agreement. I did not sign the silencing document. I would suggest that anyone thinking of emplying Castile Kitchen and Bath meet with Mr. Forrest Castile and the design team before signing their binding contract. Ask questions about every aspect of your project. Perhaps this team will be a good fit for you. They were not for me.

But I never got a call back and I actually had to call them on Tuesday to get it rescheduled, and Neal just said so sorry I'm really not a flake. So ok, I get it, things happen. But after the poor cleaning job, I emailed them because they were leaving for vacation. I mapped out all the things that were missed and that I was disappointed for the cleaning.
