(Well, the getting married part was too!) I stumbled across their webpage and was blown away by the real life examples of other wedding/birth announcements/save the dates/business cards they had on their site. I immediately told my husband that no matter what the cost we were going with Twin Ravens Press. He didn't like that idea but told me to contact them and see if they were within our budget. WELL not only were they within our budget, but we got to help with a custom design!!! We emailed Kristin some examples of certain designs we saw and liked and she came up with an amazing design for our invitations, reply cards and the envelopes! She was easy to "talk" to (everything was done via email) and extremely prompt!! I am now in the process of trying to get my husband on board with having a baby so Twin Ravens Press can do our baby announcements!!! For custom letterpress wedding invitations, Twin Ravens Press not only did an amazing job but were extremely reasonable with their prices. She asked for his pin and he put the pin in his phone and she huffed and puffed because she wanted the account pin. He was frustrated and confused because he is elderly and is not good with technology. She was not stop using a belittling voice and aggressive tone. He was tired of her making him feel like he was a lesser human than her and started raising his voice. He told this "Manager" he wants his money back if they are refusing to fix it. She said she will call the police. And she did. She wasted police time and resources because she sucks at her job. Whoever is above Courtney, please reach out because this behavior should not be supported and the elderly shouldn't be treated with disrespect and verbal aggression. The employee who…read moreaccidentally damaged the phone tried his best by replacing the antenna, but it must have been the motherboard that was damaged, because even a factory reset of the device did not restore the data connection, and it was the conclusion of the support team of my phone carrier that the phone needed to be replaced. I wrote an email explaining the situation to Cellairis and asking for a refund for the repair which broke the phone. They called me back and said they would not replace my phone. I said that I did not ask them to replace my phone. They had not even read the whole email before calling me to tell me "no." They then, of course, said it was their policy not to offer refunds for repairs either. So now that I have paid for a repair, I will also be paying for a replacement. I would have saved myself $200 and a massive headache by never coming here.

Went in right before Christmas to switch to T-Mobile. Found out my phone had a security feature…read morethat required an hour long wait before it would allow a transfer. Brandon stayed an extra hour after his shift to be able waive the transfer fees (despite his ride already being there to pick him up after his 11 hour shift). Saul ended up staying 45 minutes after close to get the new phones updated and the data transferred from all 4 phones. Both weee very friendly and nice throughout the whole process, even during the time we literally had to stand there and watch the hour timer countdown on my phone. I previously had AT&T and have been to several Eugene stores over the years and received poor service and extras added to my account that I specifically turned down. I was worried about going into the store but they made it a great experience and they got me the best deal. Definitely recommend!
